Review Of Raya s Annexe 1

Good facilities and they were very helpful in arranging for auto for my aged parents. The room service option was also good.

Very Neat and clean , city centre location and perfect for family stay . Hygiene Good with stay for kids also.

we had a comfortable stay at Raya's Annexe 1. Location of the property is right on the main road , rooms were clean, neat and spacious. staff were very courteous. Enough parking space. Absence of in-house restaurant was the only miss. we had to walk out, cross the road and visit their other property ( Raya's ) where there was a restaurant. And there is no complementary breakfast too.

Hotel rooms were good and all the staff and workers were friendly. Only issue was with vegetarian food. There was no restaurant that we could order anytime. The staff has to buy it from outside or from a diff raayas

Everything was good except checkin & check out time. That time can be relaxed based on customers need ( with in 24 hrs). Unnecessarily we stood outside for more than 3 hrs due to compulsory check out time. we felt very bad . Request changes in time based on customers need

We have family stay and stay was excellent. We love this property

Paid a good amount of money, But Car Parking is far from hotel. I reached hotel midnight with children.Hotel management asked to park far from hotel. It’s not acceptable.

We stayed in Hotel Raya S Annexe 1 for three nights an checked out only yesterday. The room was spacious and kept clean. The centralised air condition is good but noisy. For the amount we spent for three nights was the management could have given the complimentary breakfast, dental kit, shaving kit, shampoo at least. The bath soaps only were given. They provided two nos of one litre water bottle, thanks to them. A bit disappointed with room service. They can really improve it. Overall 3/5 rate we give for this hotel.

Drawback is there is no restaurant & the internet is very weak .

Room is large sized. Good AC. But morning coffee is not served fast enough. The ladies at the reception are very well mannered. Breakfast is NOT Available here. But one can walk just 7 minutes to reach a good restaurant nearby. Overall happy stay at Rayyas Annexue.

It Was good stay

Worst experience. We reached the property by 11:30 PM. Immediately the first response on arrival by the receptionist was like,” though you have reported late, you should check out sharply at 12PM tomorrow”. This is very unprofessional and rude. Totally disgusting reception of the guests at midnight. On reaching the room, there is no AC in the room. The technician worked for the next 1 hour to rectify it.

So nice stay will recommend next time also for the temple goers, only down side is food from raya is super expensive and not worth the taste

Starting with family in this property is okay, clean rooms , towels provided with soap, NO dental kit is given.

Stay was comfortable, but food was not available in the hotel, we had to order from nearby hotel

Hotel people were very nice , they arranged room service of food from nearby hotel also , room was clean and comfortable, I do feel cost can be reduced a little since it was compact room

we prefer this hotel due to the good location. This we had to stay for three days we were allotted a room which also had an ante room. They allotted this to someone who was coughing throughout the night and our sleep gone for that night. Next day they checked out but the hotel guys started painting the room and due to dust coming inside our room through the door holes again our sleep disturbed. For the tariff they charge not worth the money.

Terrible staff, soiled bedsheets, sub standard rooms, pool quality blankets, no toiletries provided except for soap.

Except Air conditioning, stay was good. Food is good but can improve further. Like main Rayas grand, if it is given in tiffin carrier, it is good
