We had booked 4 rooms at this property, expecting at least a decent level of hospitality, but it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences ever. I will never recommend anyone to stay here.
1. Non-functional contact number: The phone number listed on MMT and Google was not working. We had no way to reach the hotel for assistance or queries before arrival, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.
2. No one at the gate: On reaching the property, the gate was locked. We kept honking, but the gatekeeper was nowhere to be seen. After a tiring journey, being left waiting outside with no staff in sight was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
3. No basic facilities: There was no refrigerated water or ice available at the hotel. These are very basic necessities for guests, and not having them shows complete mismanagement and lack of care for customer comfort.
4. Rude and unprofessional room service: The room service staff made it clear that if we wanted to order food, we should order everything at once, as they would not serve repeatedly. Such arrogance and lack of courtesy from hotel staff is unacceptable.
Despite booking multiple rooms, the service and facilities were absolutely below standard. Overall, this was the worst experience of staying for a night, and I strongly advise others not to waste their money or peace of mind here.
