My experience was good in overall. I have stayed in Citrus last year as well. However this time around, there was construction happening inside the hotel and outside as well (another building nearby) which made it a bit uncomfortable because of the constant noise. The property has also become quite old so it didn’t give a good impression of hygiene and cleanliness, esp the bathrooms. I might not be going back to them for a 3rd time. This time around, I had kept a photo in the table and the housekeeping had accidentally discarded it as trash. I had sentimental value towards the same and even though they tried searching for it, they couldn’t find it. However, I have to mention regardless of the above mentioned points, the staff was really great, warm and considerate. They were very accommodating and friendly through out my stay
