Cunningham hotel, situated right in Central Bangalore close to all amenities and fun activities. they hav good parking space for cars. Rooms are pretty spacious and well maintained. I understand the property is undergoing a renovation and hence we can hear a lot of noise during the day time. night time is calm. breakfast they provide a good spread ranging from idli dosa to paratha side dish and corn flakes, bread omlet fruits and salads.

The hotel room was not cleaned properly as it feels like some Deluxe Hotel type. The one night stay charge around 5K but the smell in the room , lift and batroom was horrible.

we usually search on the MMT biz app the best suited hotel with the tariff. but the hotel I booked doesn't match what we paid for. the room was really small. the worst part was the AC was not working when we checked in and after the service executive put that on it suddenly stopped again during our sleeping hours. we dailed for the service at the midnight but no body responded. so the food was really good but I am not happy with the room I was given.

My experience was good in overall. I have stayed in Citrus last year as well. However this time around, there was construction happening inside the hotel and outside as well (another building nearby) which made it a bit uncomfortable because of the constant noise. The property has also become quite old so it didn’t give a good impression of hygiene and cleanliness, esp the bathrooms. I might not be going back to them for a 3rd time. This time around, I had kept a photo in the table and the housekeeping had accidentally discarded it as trash. I had sentimental value towards the same and even though they tried searching for it, they couldn’t find it. However, I have to mention regardless of the above mentioned points, the staff was really great, warm and considerate. They were very accommodating and friendly through out my stay

Good, comfortable stay. Property under renovation and expansion, so can be a bit noisy. No views from the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Adequate restaurant. Very well located, but not near the IT hubs/corridor. Metro is not very far.

location is good. But hotel is quite ordinary for 5 star. AC was not working. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Room and bathroom was clean. Internet speed was also good.
