good rooms and good experience

The location was good, breakfast ok, room was small, on king bed there were twin mattresses with a gap in the middle of the two mattresses, two days their cook was on leave due to holidays, other staff not that professional, once they served tea made with curdled milk, changed that after we pointed out. Overall average stay, stayed there as I had a small cat as pet, not too many options of pet friendly hotels on make my trip, they charged 600 rupees per day, total 2400 rupees for four days stay for my small cat, which never came out of room during our stay.

I was good. The service was also good.

The stay was good, quick response from hospitality. check in and check out was smooth. Completely recommended

Good Service and nearer to my office location.Clean and Hygienic environment. Staff are cooperative. Food quality is good. It is my 3rd time visit to Kolkata and 2nd time stayed in Aster Enclave. Good hotel to recommend.

It was a nice experience. The facilities provided was as per expectation. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff behaviour was polite and well behaved. It is one of the best hotel to stay at this location.

Very annoying service, everything is good, but drinking and smoking are not allowed, which causes many problems. , there is a lot of shouting, there is no system

I have choosen complimentary breakfast for 3of us but the hotel given only 1option for breakfast nd that also for 2people.they told us to pay for my daughter breakfast

It was a wonderful stay, where Aster really felt like a home. The staffs we're polite and doesn't show any displease. I personally not felt that good about food, as I grew up in different food culture. And tbh I'm very satisfied with their service.
