Excellent Stay
Nice & quiet location, just off the main road. Well apointed and very well maintained rooms. All staff very courteous and helpful. Had a very pleasabt stay. Will definitely stay there if I visit Shillong

Cozy & Comfortable Stay, extremely helpful hosts and quality rooms
Excellent experience! Room quality js top notch, made even better with a large balcony and a surreal view. . Shoutout to the amazing hosts, the owners made sure we felt comfortable and at home during the entire stay. Room service was top notch, and they took care of the details to ensure our stay is pleasant! Been in many quality resorts in Meghalaya, but this one stands out as one of the best overall from every aspect ❤️

Amazing Hospitality
It was a weekend getaway sort of thing for both of us, away from the busy life Full on 5/5 for the experience, right from the time we checked in, till the time we checked out. Food: 5/5. Rooms: 5/5. Staff: 5/5. Nothing more we could have asked for the discounted price that we paid.

Pleasant stay with good food
I stayed there with my family on a personal trip. It was a nice stay. Hotel's rooms are very clean and at calm place. Good Stay
The room was good and clean. I booked a room with balcony, but was accommodated with room without balcony in ground floor. Food served was good. Road to the hotel should be improved by the property owner.

We have rooms of all categories on both floors, some with balconies some without balconies irrespective of the floor. Obviously the rooms with balconies were sold out by the time you booked. Excellent Stay
The rooms were well maintained, the staff was super professional and sweet!The room service was also good, can be improved but no complaints. The hotel was situated in a place where you had to walk uphill on an under-construction road but it's still okay given the entire area was very peaceful. Looking forward to staying again!

Property located in a quite place, rooms are spacious and clean, host and staff are courteous. Food is good though breakfast has limited options.

Amazing stay
soloThe moment I walked into the arbour inn I felt serenity and tranquility as If I am at home.I should greatly appreciate their prompt and timely communication channel via whatsapp where all the details about reaching the property and food arrangements are communicated . The property is extremely well maintained. Being a solo traveler I was very happy to see female managers in the property thoughout day and night. The compleme tary snacks provided in the room was really thoughtful.

businessProperty location is little bit remote. If someone is traveling without a own or hired vehicle than they have to walk little bit. Food and staffs are very good. Amenities are also nice.
