Review Of Aura

This hotel is a terrible safety hazard for anyone who stays here. the rooms are covered 90% in black mould fungus which causes severe cough and breathing issues and people with respiratory problems can get seriously sick. If you choose to stay at this hotel make sure to overdose on Allegra medicine to survive one night. oh and their amazing solution to this problem is to spray air freshner 👏🏻

Rooms were very cozy, Walls are dampen, they had not changed bed or pillo covers, no drinking water supplied, handles of sink were coming out, In room no 103 no hot water supplied, Wi-Fi was not working, TV was not working at all. Only behavior of staffs were good.

Good staff, pretty clean rooms and overall a satisfactory stay. It was a decent distance from Police Bazaar. Very smooth check in and out process. They also obliged with a late check out.

Not at all worth the rate paid. Very small rooms, not maintained, damp rooms with seepage & fungi marks in the walls. However, staffs were helpful.

Very nice room and location. The overall response of the staff was good. The parking for car available and very much secured one.

Wrist hotel, no restaurant in hotel, no breakfast facility available. Very bad smell inside room. Should duelist from mmt. Nothing to say more. Have very bad experience at all.

Room was non ac. omplete non cooperation. Entire hotel was vacant still did not upgrade the booking to a ac room. I had to pay 1000 rs extra per room for two rooms in cash. Horrible location. Cab had to face whole lot of problems as is at a very narrow lane. No raod

The room that I have booked which was executive deluxe room was not worth. They are putting the bed sheet and the pillows which was stains a and then later after we complaint they change, the chair was full of fungus,there was no ventilation most of the time AC was not working,the Tv was not working at all and the room was dampened.They didn’t provide the toothpaste n toothbrush which most of the hotel give complimentary.

I paid for a small room that too without AC. Rooms doesn't have ventilation which make difficult to stay.. Only book for one day ...for long stay avoid this hotel

experience was very pathetic with Aura Hotel. We could not get double bed in the hotel. Had to pay 3000 rupees for getting the needed one. Staff Behaviour was very arrogant. In morning of 8th november there was no water in bathroom.Wr had to go gor travelling withouting bathing on the sane day since hester was also not working. Room space is very less. Bed clothing was ugly. Room phone was not working. It was under maintainanace. This hotel should not be considered as 3 star hotel.

Rooms were in a very bad shape exhaust in washroom was broken. Smell in the entire room. There was damp in the wall.

The stay was good. The hotel is in the prime area with easy access to transport, shopping and food joints.

Room are too compact, no ventilation i have booked 2 ac rooms via make mytrip but i was allotted one ac room and another non ac room. Also difficult to find the room and the road outside the hotel is one way traffic road due to which taxi pickup and drop is very difficult. Overall average experience.

Rooms are very small. Prices are high. Dirty blankets and towel. Not worth the amount they have listed their rooms for. Not recommended.

Room were stinking, no ventilation, no proper room service, photos on net are deceptive and price is high for no reason

No heaters provided, n rooms are terribly cold, no response from the staff even requested for so many times, had to vacate with in hours of check-in
