It was very nice staying at Hotel Indiana, neat clean and very comfortable. Food was awasome and super tasty.

The towels were dirty, they didn't provide any shower gel or anything.

Recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were very polite, helpful, Overall, a fantastic experience I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Rooms are comfortable. Veg Food is excellent. Location is prominent. Just parking is an issue as they don’t have it. Service is also good. Overall a good experience.

We booked deluxe room but in the name of deluxe roome they provided us so small& tiny rooms... Not enough shelves or side drawer to keep the belongings of two persons... Don't even have space for two persons to sit on two chairs and have dinner... But the bathroom was good and the food of the restaurant was also good

Great stay in the heart of Shillong. Loved the food and the rooms. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

The room was extremely small. If you open your suitcase, then there is no room to pass. Very noisy - as it's in police bazaar. You can listen to the adjacent room's door closing. Breakfast was okay and affordable. Very thick blanket for fan. I went in June.

Most horrible experience of all my hotel stays so far. Don't stay at this place ever if you care for your basic hygiene check and personal safety, you will thank me later!

There are no lifts available. Both the kettle and the power outlet are in poor condition. Not even a dental kit and water bottle are provided.Kindly decline the hotel manager's recommendation to rent a car. The driver he recommends will be 420. Therefore, reserve your own car rather than using the hotel's services. - Property is located at the center of the city accessible to local market. - Food was good for this cost - Not satisfied with the facility -No Staircase -Power socket and Water kettle provided was very poor condition -TV remote condition is too bad -Unsatisfies with the facility provided by hotel One more very important point - Don't use the rental car that the hotel manager recommended because he may be a fraudster and a 420 driver who doesn't follow our plan.Please hire vehicle on your own.

The room was very very small, suffocating,and there were no windows anywhere in the room and bathroom , food was also average, overall it's not advisable to stay there,but service was quite good,thanks

overall the experience was average. however the rooms were smaller than our expectations. After bed there is space just to walk around. Very little space to keep or open your bags. The rooms and toilets were kept clean so no complaints about that. Food was also good. The entry to the hotel is kind of not very accessible with car. we had to park down our car and then luggage was taken to the hotel which was just 2-3 min.

The hotel rooms were not spacious enough. We booked for 3 adults but they provided a very small room where we did not even have enough space to open our suitcases. The bathroom fittings had leakages. The restaurant, however, was good. The service and the food and the staff members were good.

Hotel location is in the main market which is good and happening place. Hotel parking was full so not given for our car. It is bit difficult to unload and load the luggage in car as the car stoping near hotel is bit difficult due to jam packed area. Hotel rooms are very small and faced a lot of problems of hot water availability in the bathroom. Room booked with breakfast and the food was good. Cleanliness was also ok
