I stayed at this guest house for three days (July 15 to 18) during my daughter’s admission to NLU Meghalaya, which is conveniently located nearby. The experience was a mixed one, with both highlights and areas for improvement. Positives: 1. Excellent Location – Undoubtedly the best accommodation option in close proximity to NLU Meghalaya. 2. Charming Ambience – The property has a serene and attractive exterior, especially the lush green garden which offered a peaceful spot to relax in the mornings. 3. Aesthetic Interiors – The interior décor features antique furniture and paintings that give the place a heritage feel. Areas for Improvement: 1. Maintenance Issues – Some parts of the interior require repair and upkeep. The manager, who appears to be the only staff member on duty, expressed limitations due to a shortage of manpower. 2. Limited Food Options – There was no cook available during my stay, and breakfast was limited to bread and butter. I was informed that a cook and helper are expected to join soon. With a little attention to staffing and maintenance, this guest house has great potential given its location and charm.

Location is good, propert is spacious well spread out eith a garden, antique look and feel, facilities are fine, attendants are courteous and helpful, though not much in name of food there
