Our couple retreat was perfect in every way at this hotel. Maintenance ensured our romantic suite was flawless so we could focus on each other completely.

Children discovered new talents and interests here. Hotel environment provides opportunities for skill development and personal discovery.

So there was wall C page water motion not coming, bedsheets are not clean. Room is completely full bad experience. So there is complete four walls are C pages in washrooms. There is no water floor is completely full of dust. Bedsheets are not maintained. Staff is not behaving.

Room are very shabby, no ventilation in the room, no cleanliness, insects are in room, no basic facilities in washroom, exhaust not working in washroom, telephone & TV not working, old dirty bedsheets & covers, AC not working properly, so much follow up with staff to do the things easy. Not recommended to anyone.

Initially they gave room with A/C and geyser not working , after view complaint then they gave another room which is better than that

Tap & hand shower was not working properly initially but they took the effort to repair it next day. Overall a satisfactory stay.

The stay was ok. There were no extra towels and water bottles in the room. But the staff was polite enough. But the service was not up to the mark.

The room was very bad, very old. Dirty towels and only ro water, no packaged water. Tea came after 45 minutes from order. Worst experience. Intercom also not working

No room heater, local tap water

Kept the room clean, good view, overall nice place but in my 4 day stays i must at-least have seen 100+ cockroaches. (frustrated and complained, and as they are very responsive, cleaned it) but they still exist. It didnt totally goes away. By the time you see this review it definable have multiplied. And writing a review like me. Still a good place, - water bottle is shared. If your bottle gets empty they will take and will give you filled with cold water. You can randomly get any used bisleri bottle. Should have a filter outside so all can fill in their personal bottle.

Washroom was smelly and dirty, water flow was very slow, Wi-fi was not working, room lights are poor, fan was not working.

Hotel room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful and location is also quite peaceful and safe. Hotel food also quite nice and not that costly as well
