I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent stay I had booked through your platform. The property I reserved looked completely different from the photos shown in the app. The pictures posted online were misleading, and according to the receptionist at the hotel, the rooms shown in those images don't even exist in their facility.
When I arrived, the condition of the place was shocking. The room was in terrible shape—there was water leaking from the walls, it was dirty, poorly maintained, stinky and overall not suitable for anyone to stay in. In the fisrt room they showed the door did not have a handle and they showed me another room which was way smaller than that. I couldn't even stay for a short while due to the unhygienic and uncomfortable atmosphere.
As a result, I had to leave immediately and look for alternative accommodation on the spot, which caused me a lot of stress and additional expenses. Unfortunately, I had already paid the full amount in advance, which was a complete waste.
This experience was very disappointing and not at all what I expected from a trusted platform like yours. I request that stricter checks be made for the listings and that accurate, up-to-date photos be displayed. I also hope you can consider refunding the amount paid, as I did not use the stay due to false representation.
