The host Sridhar is extremely good and cooperative, also well behaved. This is my second time at Care Inn Apollo and stayed there for 13 days. The location of the property is good because of its distance frm Apollo hospitals. But the caretaker is extremely rude and charges extra bills. His behaviour is not good and argues a lot which created discomfort during our stay.So I kindly ask the owner to look into the matter

The stay was pleasant with an excellent, clean room and bathroom. The caretaker was very helpful and courteous, which added to the positive experience. However, the location was a bit difficult to find, so it would be helpful to include “JS Apartment” in the address for easier navigation. One issue we faced was the check-in and check-out time both being set at 12 PM. This caused a delay, as we had to wait until 12:40 PM to check in since the previous guests checked out only at 12. Please change the checkout time to atleast 11.

Very close to apollo hospital, Greams Road. If anyone travels for Medical purposes may stay here.

excellent place to stay. excellent caretaker to help you with coffee. quick remedies for any problems like geyser not working. instantly electrician comes and rectified. that was amazing action.

I had a over all nice stay in this property. The rooms are neatly cleaned and adequately furnished. Most positive point is very close to Apollo Main building. However, the care taker Mr. Bishnu is very unprofessional person, he is greedy and charges too much for cooking normal daily lunch/dinner. If you want to cook yourself by paying 100/per day LPG charges, he gets annoyed since it will cut off his earnings if he prepares the food with higher charges.

The oroperty is best suited location for me at Greams lane Chennai very near to Apollo Hospital. One can prepare of his own food paying some extra for utility services like Lpg etc. But, the care taker Mr Bishnu is very a good cook who help us by preparing very tasty food. I booked through Make My trip app. Over all my stay was is a very pleasent experience .

I was here for surgery at Apollo. The property is opposite the hospital, excellent location. The food is home cooked and healthy.

I stayed 6th to 8th january, 2025. It's a home-like cool environment, very clean, good care taker and owner is also very cooperative. Very nice & pleasant stay.

Finding the property is difficult. good food. helpful caretaker. gas charging of AC is required. Cistern takes 4 hours to fill.

I stayed in November 2024 at room number 1, double room. First the good things, Very near to Apollo Main Hospital at Greams Lane. Very neat and clean, which is much appreciated. The caretaker (Mr Bharat) prepares good food as per your choice, most of the time. Now the cons, Very difficult to locate the property as there is no signage. The bathroom has major issue with the WC. The cistern takes 4 hours to fill up with water. Since, I stayed alone, I had no issue but with family it will definitely be an issue. The problem was raised by another guest (I read in the review) probably a month back but seems owning board has not taken any initiative to resolve the issue and I am definite, the present guest is also facing the same issue. It is impossible to close the bathroom window completely. The room is in ground floor and common passage including car parking is outside. Particularly, in the night, when the bathroom light is on, it is very inconvenient. Water is stagnant in the shower area. There is no slopping for passing out the water. There are 4 major lights in the room and all are with one switch. The second option is another two small lights above your head which is very inconvenient. There is no night lamp in the room. The guest house serves 2 numbers 300 ml water on the day of check in irrespective of your stay days. Then you need to purchase water from outside for your consumption. This is something I have found first time in my life. The light switches are farthest end from the door, something unusual. The AC in my room does not chill. Gas charging is required. Due to rainy weather condition, it was manageable. Major issue happened in one 3 bedded room where AC was not cooling due to lack of gas charging and the guest was provided with a cooler after much altercation. Next day, gas charging was done. The guest needs to carry their own amenities as they do not provide anything except one soap and one towel. Overall, a good place to stay if the above minor issues are resolved and owning board spend money on the maintenance of the equipment on time.

Caretaker was horrible he demanded extra money after giving tip even though he didn't help us with anything. Otherwise room is clean and at good location.
