Review Of Metro Grand Hotel

Hotel is poorly managed, cocroches are all around the place ,bathroom fittings broken ,AC leacking .they will not provide you complimentary water bottle until you ask for .if you are not available in your room are give the key to reception between 11 to 3 no house keeping and cleaning will be done .

location is very good surrounded by few malls, bus terminal and hospitals and the most happening anna nagar,

Room were dirty , all over cockroaches from bed to wardrobe, bathroom washbasin was broken with sink water leakage, commod was unhygienic, no hot water in bathroom, electric kettle was not working

The location is good and staff are cooperative.

No maintainance

AC not working all night , and lights gone again nd again nd they doesn't have generater for back up no call response all staff in night sleeping at reception

the rooms were very dirty the bathroom is horrible.. they just give you soap and more than that the beds stink like shit

the whole hotel is full of dust Water in toilet is yellow color New road construction or expansion will soon lead to demolition of many rooms shortly.

There were cockroaches and the place was not maintained as shown in the pictures it is very old and not as new as shown in the pictures

No food available,no hygiene

Location and food is okay but the amenities and services and especially rooms are very wrost .... .....

we have paid for one adult and two kids but the arrange only one BF from outside. rooms are not cleaned

The property location is well connected with the city. However, the hotel is not clean. They needed to improve alot

I was expected buffet breakfast, but they offered combo breakfast. Also there is no choice to select food which was too bad. Not found toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc in bathroom Dirty hot water came during my stay and water was not coming. After following up many times, they arranged. Without any intimation they stopped water. This also not good. I stayed 2 nights. After my work came back to hotel, found that they have not cleaned my room at all. It was same like when I leave the hotel. Overall my experience was poor

One worst hotel i have ever stayed - worst service - no cleanliness - bad smell inside room and outside - need to be renovated

The toilet in room was stained and dirty. Paper toilet is not provided.
