Service very pathetic, I stayed this hotel years ago...that time was maintaining good now nor satisfied

Stay was good but reception women was to much attitude and rude managing with the customer.. Management should take immediate action on this reception women was too un polite

The washroom toilet water was blue. poor reception and housekeeping response. pathetic breakfast. a big disappointment.

good location and property, near to metro and brakefast is also ok . walkable distance from industrial

Washroom were not so clean, one day break fast was given in the room, not at all professionaly good. Rooms also old and beddings are not so comfirtable

location central place but surroundings are very demoralizing. food can be given 5 it's out of 10. amenities such as room need major maint the bed spread torn, side table handle missing, ac remote sometimes only works, bathroom mirror one size effect gone, toilet seat n pot need replacement with shower soldering clamp broken and strains in all the tap n holders with ltd toiletries given . tea ration inadequate even the room chechin time given at 12pm seems inadequate for the authorizes to do up. No person provided to accompany the guest yo brief about the room with its various gadgets looks no interest in the part of hotel manager n management has given on lease it seems hence no responsibility. front office handled by needy receptionist with ltd powers n attires not found able too. It was really for me a horrible experience. actually checking 29th 2200hrs and check out 30th morning 0745hrs. on request for breakfast to move early it took them precisely 35 minutes even with notice before sleeping to provide by 0715hrs to bring basic bread omelette, cut fruits n coffee. Would recommend to experience in life when stated as 3 star property . really feel ashamed here to have come n stayed. My sincere apologies to the mgmt n staff.

AC was not working, bathroom fittings are not upto mark, response was poor , since booked through make my trip did not provide bill

The hospitality was fabulous, staff was very good and even the food was of great taste. Room service was very good

The room was filled with cigarette smoke. I got changed to other room which was also same but filled with room freshener

Not maintained, no dine in menu cards, no information on wifi, limited breakfast items, not good for solo traveller.

Horrible stay. Cleanliness and lack of maintenance. Also due to beside the main road lot of noise from vehicles.

I recently stayed at layalee grandee for a day due to a flight delay layover, and it was definitely not worth the money paid. The experience was disappointing from the start. The bedsheets were dirty and damaged, and the bathroom door frame was in poor condition. The taps were unclean, and the air conditioning was uncontrollable, making the room freezing even on fan mode. The soundproofing was inadequate, as i could hear all the noise from the corridor and vehicle horns, making it difficult to sleep until midnight. The reception was the only area that looked good, but the elevator and corridors were dirty and damaged, resembling a roadside lodge. Although the wi-fi signal was strong, there was no internet connection. The towels provided were dirty as well. On the positive side, hot water was available, and the tv was working. Overall, it's a good property with improper maintenance. I wouldn't recommend staying at layalee grandee unless necessary.

They gave a room first where ac was not working, later they changed the room but here the ac is giving noise, no hot water, asked reg this on the first day, receptionist told it’s rectified but it wasn’t, same issue on the second day but the receptionist told no one else is complaining about this u am only complaining

No hot water, lights not working, cockroaches at the break fast tables, no tooth paste, no soap provided will not stay in this hotel next time

Amenities limited for this price in the room. Hot water in bathroom is is not good. Location is good. Room can be sound proof.

Location was k, but other facilities like wifi were not all working and hotel guy knew this, still he gave that room only where wifi was not working. Water was dirty
