Super Hotel O Sholinganallur Near Anjaneya Temple

I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent stay I had booked through your platform. The property I reserved looked completely different from the photos shown in the app. The pictures posted online were misleading, and according to the receptionist at the hotel, the rooms shown in those images don't even exist in their facility. When I arrived, the condition of the place was shocking. The room was in terrible shape—there was water leaking from the walls, it was dirty, poorly maintained, stinky and overall not suitable for anyone to stay in. In the fisrt room they showed the door did not have a handle and they showed me another room which was way smaller than that. I couldn't even stay for a short while due to the unhygienic and uncomfortable atmosphere. As a result, I had to leave immediately and look for alternative accommodation on the spot, which caused me a lot of stress and additional expenses. Unfortunately, I had already paid the full amount in advance, which was a complete waste. This experience was very disappointing and not at all what I expected from a trusted platform like yours. I request that stricter checks be made for the listings and that accurate, up-to-date photos be displayed. I also hope you can consider refunding the amount paid, as I did not use the stay due to false representation.

Dear Sir, This hotel is the worst, because as per the MakeMyTrip hotel, the room photos look so good. After all, the hotel personnel provide no service except for booking. Like no lift is working, no caretaker for lifting the luggage if the lift is not working, no cleaning rooms, and not providing towels and other necessary kits for the room. Also shocking is that I booked a room with breakfast, which is an additional cost to my booking, but the hotel person says we are not providing breakfast. If breakfast is not provided, why is the amount added?

We had a worst experience in that super hotel o Sholinganallur near anjaneya temple They mentioned check in @ 12 pm we went around 12.30 pm still the rooms are not available,they make us wait till 1.30 pm for check in they are the saying the reason now only cleaning and those stuffs The worst thing is during check in they are saying the *AC is now working due to low voltage* during booking not is mentioned like that but during check in they are saying like that and there is no power back up.. Midnight the power was cutted down and for 1 hr we felt like a hell there is no power back up also we got more frustrated and not even they provided single water bottle for us So pls look into this ..thanks

Bedsheets , pillows , Walls were very dirty. Lift was not working, overall it was terrible stay

I was really disappointed with my stay. The bed had hair on it, which was very unhygienic, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned it had used pads kept in toilet. It was clear that housekeeping did not do a thorough job. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Would not recommend unless they improve their cleaning standards

Overall, my stay was good. However, the WiFi connectivity was occasionally unstable. The hotel should provide toiletries, and cleaning should be done daily.

The hotel was running on some other name rather than the one mentioned . I struggled a lot finding the location. Even the phone number mentioned was giving no response after dialing multiple times. The rooms mentioned in the photos has no similarity while actually seeing the room. Rooms were very small not at all worth the money. Very dirty rooms with dirty bedsheets etc.. after saying to hotel reception they didn't do much, room looked same even after cleaning. Stayed for 2 days but no services were there, no soap, water bottle etc. very bad experience

No car parking, budget friendly stay, cleanliness is average. Cupboards were broken when I checked in. Average stay of your travelling alone and budget stay
