Charged extra charge at the time of check in if I not payed they said cancel the room and u not get refund they r saying not giving any rooms for online rooms argued a lot of time after that payed extra Charge check in tv not working ac not room not bad average amenities is very bad not satisfied for the price

Ac was not working, room shifted then Ac was not working in other room as well. Then no complimentary water bottle provided and in the night there was no water in bathroom and dirty towel and bedsheets

I am booking 3 person one room but not issue this hotel

location is very near to transport like bus stop, metro. restuarant not available in hotel. but, food available around the hotel. room service is ok

Cleanliness up to the mark. Water bottles at least should provide to guests. Complimentary early check in time to be provided based on availability

Room was clean and toilet is small but clean hotel management was so friendly location is walkable from Metro station

It was a great and a comfortable stay. Safe in case girls are coming alone. Spacious and worth the money.

There is practically no entrance excepting a very steep ramp , there is a lift but dont work for the hotel- carry your luggage to the next floor for reception. No soap/shampoo offered and the towal was threadbare . One thing is however surprising, in cabinet there were a dozen of condoms !! No food, water availabe in usal plastic bottle but Glass - stricly no no no. I booked for 3 nights but checked out on 2nd day.

Property is purly for unmarried couples and not for families, more the bedsheets were not good and room was not much clean, bathroom is also not well cleaned. Parking is terrible, even there is no water bottle, soap and sampoo provided and for mrp rs.20 water bottle they are charging 30. This is commercial type not friendly. No proper response from the reception.

I stayed two days in this hotel on April 2025.location and rooms are good. staff response also very good.

The lift is in dirty condition, charge points are not available. dinning table without plates, tea and coffee accommodation not available

The hotel and rooms are good neatly cleaned and maintained properly

The room is serene and clean.maintenance is good with all the required amenities and facilities that are mentioned.

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with my guests stay at hotel on 26th December 2024. I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention: 1 No breakfast despite being charged. 2 Lack of hygiene eg., towels, unclean floors, bathroom, soap..3 Poor service eg., lack of house keeping, unhelpful staff. Because of hotel issues, my guests check out yesterday itself. I would like to request a full refund for breakfast charges, as well as compensation for the poor service and cleanliness issues. I trust you will take this feedback seriously to ensure guests do not experience the same problems. Thanks in advance.

Good stay experience with my family.

Hotel location was fine and walkable to KPHB metro station. It’s a tiny hotel with minimum or no service. Hotel was clean and maintained but it will give you the feeling of typical hotels. During booking it says breakfast will be available but after reaching they said they don’t have any provisions of breakfast or any kind of food.
