The place doesn't have a clear name to identify when approaching via road...The front desk is a joke...the rooms dont have water at night or hot water in the morning...no towels or soap was provided until asked for...room has cockroaches...

Good Stay. But certain bathroom fittings were broken. Other than that the stay was pretty good. Rooms were clean. Itbwas hard to find the place. Room staff was pretty accomodating. Good Stay. My last booking from MakeMyTrip was so de-satisfying and torturing. What has happened so far: - I booked hotel in night around 1AM. and reach hotel for stay. - But No one was available at hotel. - I tried connecting to customer-care executive and it had got connected to Oyo. - He asked me to look for other stay as he was not able to get me connected to anyone in the hotel. - He told me that My refund will be initiated by MMT and they sent email to you Guys. - I have connected with an MMT executive even 2 days back. And the response was that they will check on this and comeback. - It's been more 3-4 days and why refund is not credited to my account ? - 1st of all, Your service is pathetic and for my own money, I am chasing you. - Can't expect a service worst than this. - If I don't get proper response ny tomorrow

the room size is good but there is no cleanliness and bathroom in not well maintained.. the room also refused to give us the breakfast too.

The room was clean and well maintained . The location of the room was quiet, which allowed for a restful night’s sleep.

Very spacious rooms and comfortable stay. Toiletries were not provided, but that can be forgiven easily based on the room.

It was very worst stay i have ever faced in my life. There is no co-ordination between makemytrip and hotel management! they don't know about my check in. Please make sure with hotel management before, it will be helpful for us next time

Washroom wasnt clean and no toiletry was provided. Complimentary water was missing. The cleanliness of washroom wad appalling. The linens had stains and was unclean
