Hotel Premier Comforts

Room size and hotel amenities are all available and okay, Rooms were clean and bed and wash linen were changed every day. The Hotel location is walkable from nearest Metro station and has many good restaurants in the nearby location for different sort of foods, specially for non veg fooda. The only thing which was my worst experience was that one day when I returned to the room, i found that one of my Lock&Lock tiffin, which I used to store for Home made ladoo, was completely damaged and one side of plastic was completely eaten To my surprise the room has the complete sealed window and door or window in bathroom and has no hole for any to enter. However, the hotel staff acknowledged the issue and changed the room for me.

The room was very congested and I wasn't able to sleep due to mosquitoes.Poor maintenance. no much options for food.

Room size is small, for solo traveler it's ok. Cleanliness is average. Front office is helpful. Lift is working very slow.

Stayed in a double AC room for 3 days and comfortable. The included breakfast was tasty and sufficient items. The staff were courteous and helpful.

my nightmares in this hotel is that mouse is roaming in the room while other things are good. my rating purely depend on this thing alone.

Badly maintained hotel. Bath room is dirty. The person in the front desk is too busy on his phone and do not have time to talk to the guest. No other attendant for any help. We three people stayed in the room. While booking makemy trip show the rate is including additional bed. But in the hotel they charged 500 extra for a bed without coat. Totally disappointing experience. No value for money.

There was nothing good in the hotel, neither the breakfast nor the room cleaning nor the room service at night. Even if something happens to you, no one picks up the phone in night .

It was a good stay but the ac was not working at the stay and hot water facility is not available except that rest everything was fine.

Location is good, 500m from jalahalli metro. , rooms are good enough for 2 persons/solo. Complimentary break fast was ok.

Hotel premier comforts cancel-led the booking at the last moment. Leaving us completely clueless what to do at the last moment. They did the same with our friends as well. Unfortunately, both of our families had to stay in separate hotels, running the whole trip. 4

Clean room and clean toilet. Excellent breakfast. Very economic to stay for business trip. I stayed for 4 days friendly staff.

It was a very bad experience there was no lift in the hotel no hot water in the tap no cleaning and it was full of mosquitoes

Had a pleasant stay. Some renovation works required on bathroom doors and ac maintenance work required.

Well accessed by road it's a couple of kms near nagasandra metro. Rooms are clean
