When we reached Hotel Manager said all rooms are booked since u booked via OYO we are not responsible. At night 12:30 we have been shifted by oyo to some other flagship hotel of oyo which was again terrible. 1) Above wine shop 2) no lift from gf 3) wine shop in gf Not pleasent to sta with family 4) AC was leaking Very Bad experience 😞

Suggestions for improvement... No facility to contact room boys (telephone/ calling bell not available )
