Low water supply, cold and stale breakfast

The property is in a great location, very peaceful yet well-connected. Rooms were clean and comfortable, food was tasty, and amenities were well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable experience - highly recommended!

Horrible stay, no latch on bathroom doors, rude staff, unhygienic bathroom towels , no daily cleaning, I checkout a day early at loss of money as the stay was so bad

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel BALINOVA! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant design and cleanliness of the entire property. My room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant – the food was delicious and the service impeccable. I also enjoyed the spa and pool area, which provided the perfect way to relax after a busy day. The property bathroom and toilet facility was not good. Water has to be refilled in the single use water bottle. Room door lock was confusing as it had to be locked from the inside.

The hotel was decent for the price. Rooms were comfortable, but the service could be improved as we faced some delays during check-in. Breakfast options were okay, but not exceptional. Overall, a reasonable stay if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in this area.

Hotel staff was very polite and helpful but the condition of room was not upto the mark. Cleanliness was missing as doors had stains , pillow covers did not looked clean.

it was one day stay. they've neat and clean rooms. they disappointed me in complimentary breakfast. they've mentioned like breakfast will be provided till 11AM. but they said like it was over by 10 itself. then I asked again to provide again.
