Good stay
It was good stay. The room is good and spacious. It was pleasant stay and enjoyed. Looking forward to stay again. Only the price was high. No restaurant and no gym

businessThis is a very bad stay. Ac was not turned on. Place is untidy with a lot of bed bugs. So i just left the hotel at 4

Bad rooms
The rooms were so dirty and fridge, telephone and storage services were not there. And beds were broken plus bed sheets were dirty

Good location and service was okayish.
It is located in a good location and service was okay, their virtual receptionist concept was interesting, there was no electricity for some time but apart from that it was okayish

There was neither room service nor a receptionist. The security guard was the room service, guard etc all in one. The geyser was not working. Wouldnt recommend for a family. Okay for solo male travellers. Changed the hotel the very next day.

False claims
The virtual receptionist concept is terrible. it is mentioned that this hotel has restaurant/bar facilities. These facilities are a significant factor in my choice of accommodation but none were present.

Poor Stay
I stayed for 3 nights, but the service quality is poor. They didn't make up my room until i asked for it and didn't provide packaged water until i asked for it. There was only a small shampoo bottle in the name of bathroom accessories. Room didn't have a window and it became a bit claustrophobic.

Neat & clean rooms, good location. Good for business travellers. Wouldn’t recommend for families though. As there’s no inhouse food option, and round the clock housekeeping services. I had travel-led with my daughter and had a pleasant experience.
