Terrible Stay
service is bad, even after so many reminders water bottle was not given. The bed is so terrible that we got back achs , springs of the bed are broken and hurting , when asked to change they replied most of the beds are in repair , so they will change it with in hours but they didn't . Exhaust fan not working . BreKfast given as complimentary is not up to standards

Good Stay
Rooms were good but felt bit old..Ac can be cleaned and maintened well..but cooling was ok...restrooms good....Neat ...Lift switches can be serviced its very slow to close...Overall good stay for Family and friends.

Management is not good and not care my room so I feel not good better so

u should think before u r going to book this hotels
Such a bad smell in room. Ac also not working properly. Found a mini cockroach rounds on room corner. Think before book this room. Otherwise u have ready to pay for medical expenses and room freshner like odonil and hit

there is no facility in the room. no water bottle, no tea cattle, no towels. asked for water but didn't come.

Cons: - Damping on walls - Pungent Smell - Cockroach and insects in room - TV not working - You need to ask for a kettle, and tea/coffee set, AC remote, etc. Pros - Good Location - Breakfast is decent

bad experience small room
Not same as that of photo . Room was way too small .Bedsheet was torned. Was supposed to get free water bottles everyday didn’t get for 2 days . Furniture was broken room was bad

Horrible Sta
Ugh, where do I even begin with my recent stay at the Savoury See Shell? Honestly, it was less of a relaxing getaway and more of an exercise in frustration. From the moment I walked into the lobby, which smelled vaguely of stale air freshener and disappointment, things just went downhill. The staff seemed utterly disinterested. The carpet looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in weeks. They don't provide the amenities as promised. No shaving kit, no hot kettle for boiling water or tea making. No pest control too. The room is a paradise for cockroachs, ants and house lizards. Honestly, the whole experience felt cheap and poorly maintained. It's definitely not a place I'd ever consider staying again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable hotel stay. Save your money and book somewhere else – you'll thank me later.

Average Stay
The stay was good but improvement is required regarding breakfast options and staff behaviour AC of the room was little disturbing and there was a foul smell in the washroom always

Poor Stay
The Hotel has a very old type of vibe yet fine from outside. the Reception person will give you a Wifi, but it doesn't work properly whatsoever. the Bathroom is always smelly and switchboard is broken, Water heater too small, you get hot water barely for 2min. The room has no fan and walls and decorations are falling apart. Also there's no ventilation available in the room, it's a closed glass. When I entered the room no complimentary water, kettle or tea/coffee packets were present, had specially request for it. The sheets are also kinda dirty. Staff is impolite and non cooperative. Cockroaches present in room

Terrible Stay
Except location everything else was bad.. Rooms were not as shown in pictures Rooms are suffocating and could find some cockroaches.. Food was pathetic.. Not much options.. geyser was too small that we have to heat it up 5 times to fill a bucket of hot water which was time consuming..

Worst ex
The property is very old and maintenance is of very low standards. Cockroach 🪳 every where. The complimentary breakfast is worst and very very limited options. The quality of the food is sub standard too. We took 2 rooms and none the AC's are working and AC unit is full of dust. It looks like there was no cleaning of AC since long time. The linen and the towels are almost in brown colour and not sure whether they were washed regularly. Overall I don't suggest this property to stay with family.

Terrible stay, ill maintained rooms
Rooms are small in size , old and ill maintained, washrooms are very small in size. My room AC was not working , poor ventilation in rooms leading to suffocation, room landline was not working. Location of hotel is convenient for commutation but the stay was not comfortable and not worth the price. They need to maintain the rooms better .
