pathetic rooms and service and food options not value for money.
The rooms are really small the staff can’t help about that but the smaller things like Moisturizer in the room is missing. The spread both for dinner and for breakfast is not worth it’. The washrooms looks like it’s a yatch washroom.

If you need something then the service is very slow so that it will it will not be delivered. But the food and breakfast was good

The room itself was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we could have asked for, including a comfortable bed and fresh linens. Terrible Stay
Worst customer service and staff are very rude behaviour which never experienced. One lift is not at all working and no one is there to respond. Totally terrible experience I had and never ever referred to in future.

Terrible Experience
A pathetic experience happens when you have a unprofessional staff at front office. Siva (calls himself a manager at IBIS) Bangalore Hosur Road, wants has the audacity to ask the guest to vacate the premise at a given time which is again a miscommunication mentioned over MMT website while reservation) My repeatedll stays also didn’t help in receiving polite behaviour from the staff.

I stayed for 16 days. Staff is very good..Food is also good and healthy. Cleaniess and hygiene is maintained.

Excellent accommodation and facilities. Food was great and so was the gym. The staff were professional and courteous. Have been to Invercargil IBIS too. Great place to stay.
