I can zero rating. Towel is unwashed. Room is soo dirty. Bed is completely marked with non sense. Don’t want to bath room it like hell. NonAC working. Multiple time powers break down. I can say zero rating

Very poor show hotel property manager behavior he don't know ki how to talk about customer shameless.

It showed me rupees when i booked but when i visited in person you have to pay rupees per day. If you don't pay you can't even get back the money you paid they said categorically we won't give refund if you pay the balance you will be given the room otherwise you walk out. If someone decides to take a certain amount of money for his journey and goes, it is like harassing them by asking for excess money

Worst hotel i have seen. People over there are not responding to any queries from the customers amenities and hygiene wise zero rating. Bad experience

Everything about the hotel was terrible. Starting from the receptionist. He demanded extra money while checking in and said if we don't pay hw will cancel the booking. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Please do not book this hotel

They are charging extra amount whatever i have a booking amount without charging extra amount. They can’t give the room. Also after that day while going to room rooms are not bro not good where is the bad smell is came to enter room end of cleaning also not good washroom size too much worst there is there no clean a rest in some disturbance you with every where is the worst room we can’t imagine that is the tatavarthi room or not but too much worst room we can’t go that’s that side. Room was not clean. I asked them to change the bed spreds which was very dirty. Bathrooms accessorys was bad condition, white bedsheets was looking yellowish

When my guest reached to hotel for check-in. That reception guy say that room is booked but payment not done/payment not received to them. & by saying this he started charge again for the same. & when i show him the invoice, he is telling that you pay now & if payment will come we will refund you the amount. And at check out time when my guest are asking about that amount they are telling that that amount will be credited to your account within 12hrs. But it's almost 24hrs completed but till now i didn't get any amount.

Location is good. But room is very basic. They don't provide soaps and hand wash. Bed sheet covers are not properly clean.

They have fixed price per day. But it was showing rs 400 per day. They asked me to pay remaining amount in cash. And there were no facilities provided in hotel, no water bottle, uncleaned towels, no iron nothing was provided.

I paid and when i reached the place they asked me to pay 500 extra. This is so unfair. I traveled so much to reach the place as it is in the outskirts and it was night, they were so adamant that i have to pay 500 extra or else they won't give the room.

The owner/ manager doesnot accept bookings. He wants additional 1000Rs + GST for room.He will only provide dormitory room if you don't want to pay extra, no matter which room you have booked only.This property must be delisted from Make my trip immediately.Kudos to MakeMyTrip to upgrade me to a nearby hotel with no additional charge.

Rude and told no rooms confirmation, even I showed the prepaid booking . Don’t even book oyo room’s.

Asking extra amount after getting confirmation from mmt

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 am and we were charged rs 980 approximately for early check-in although we booked 2 rooms for rs 1050 approximately. Also we informed the hotel about early check-in prior booking. This early check-in price was too much as compared to room prices and we tried to negotiate with the owner but he was too rude to listen. He said " i will not decrease a single rupee, you want to leave you can leave now. We had no other option but to pay almost the same amount to the owner for just 1. 5-2 hours early check-in. Moreover, the room bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and when we asked to change them, they said they didn't had any. I hope you will understand the problem and help with the overcharge of the early check-in.

after i went straight they are asking me for more money not only that i booked ac room but. They dint have me ac for that again they are askin more money what is this.

Hotel denied check in stating low tariff. I ask mm t why do you confirm booking if it's not in agreement. I had such a bad experience.

Not a good experience while stay with family. Lots of noise from adjacent rooms until 3am. Bed cushion spring was gone. It was awkward experience for me making family stay here.

Safety was ok. But when we arrived, the room was not ready. Bathroom was in terrible condition. Then the next room provided was tv missing. Room was ok type. But overall rating is 2
