The rooms were clean and neat. The caretaker was very apt in responding to my queries.

I had booked a shared room on May 20 with a check-in date of May 24. When I contacted the staff ( Abhishek), he first asked me to call back on May 23 due to being busy. On May 23, he said he was driving and would call back, but he never did. On May 24, he claimed there was no booking under my name despite me sharing the booking ID and payment invoice. Only after MakeMyTrip's intervention was I allowed to check in. However, the room was in poor condition—unclean, smelly, with dirty blankets, a broken bathroom lock, and a non-functional RO. It was a very disappointing experience.
