I will not be choosing this hotel again due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance, which made the stay quite unpleasant. The only reason we stayed was because the booking had already been prepaid online; otherwise, we would have left

It was good, especially who will be travelling for work or have offices in HSR and looking to stay nearby.

The stay was excellent! Best room and washroom design, very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place!

The room was untidy. Commode was not cleaned. There were remains from previous users. The bed linen had stains and seemed unwashed. Had a terrible experience visiting this hotel.

Disappointing Stay at Arcade inn suites *Review:* My recent stay at Arcade INN was a complete disaster. From the moment I arrived, I knew something was off. The room was not up to par and was messy and I was disappointed no staff to attend any one. We had a very disappointing experience at Arcade Inn Suites. Despite reminding the staff twice, our rooms and washrooms were not cleaned at all during our stay. It was only after repeated requests that waste was finally collected, which shows a serious lack of basic housekeeping standards. To make matters worse, the water pressure in the faucet was extremely low, making it difficult to even maintain hygiene properly. Additionally, the ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn’t working, which made it really uncomfortable, especially in the heat.

During my stay , I was impressed by the warm welcome and smooth check-in process. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a stunning view of the city. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh options, and the service was attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment for all visitors, which is a great thing.

Good place. Good staff. Room and bed required little cleaning. The kitchen along the bed is kind of weird design but okay.

This hotel maintained very good. Located in near to main road, staff are very freindly. Finally it’s good stay experience

Good location, Check in was quick, room was neat and tidy and they provided cutlery immediately when asked upon.

Shower broken, wifi not working, lift only for certain floors, unclean rooms, no phone and worst of all no signal coverage either

Rooms are clean and spacious. Value for money. They have 24*7 customer support and staffs are friendly.

Arcade Are you looking for incalls or outcalls is a very comfortable and peaceful hotel as I experienced. The staff is also cooperative helpful and sincere. Sibashis Barman

Good place for an overnight stay. Room is comfortable and clean. Parking could be an issue as you have to park on road. Staff were helpful.
