Excellent Stay
It was an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property. Truly one of the best in the region! The fully functional swimming pool was a delightful addition, and the location couldn’t have been better — serene, scenic, and perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway.

Non AC room in the hotel
I booked a room at Sinclairs Retreat Kalimpong for June 10–12, assuming it included AC, as it is 3 stared hotel and the temperature is around 32 degrees in kalimpong . On arrival, we were assigned a non-AC room—with only a fan.i was surprised to see a three stared hotel with non AC room.and there was no mention that the rooms are non air-conditioned. when we complained about our discomfort they shifted us to the ac room after too much arguments.This unexpected discomfort left us frustrated and uneasy. Sinclairs is indeed a beautiful property—with great views, clean rooms, and friendly staff—but this lack of transparency regarding AC availability and pricing significantly took away from our experience. I urge the management to clearly specify which room types include AC, and to communicate upgrade fees upfront to avoid misleading future guests. And also to put ac in each room as the temperature in summers are very high.

Had a wonderful stay in Sinclairs Retreat Kalimpong. The resort had all the amenities for a comfortable stay . Service was superb, food was good . Breakfast spread was satisfactory . Most amazing thing was the prompt & polite response of the stuff & management for every request we made. Pool was cute, gym could be little better . Play areas can be equipped with some more items for kids. Approach road needs repairment . Overall a great experience and definitely worth a revisit

No AC and worst house keeping....
House keeping is the worst part and also the amenities. Rooms got no AC and toilet flush was not working. Had to wait for more than two hours to get one extra bed sheet and duve and finally got one after shouting on the phone on my third call to house keeping. Food was just ok and nothing exciting so m not visiting this property again.

Terrible Stay
I took best room of sinclairs retreat which took almost 18K per day (room. No. 502)but Curtains was very dirty. No basic amenities was there No hair dryers and wifi was not working at all. There is no mountain or any view from our room .food is also very expensive. The receptionist behavior was not at par. They are charging too much for renting a cab. NO LIVE MUSIC PERFORMANCE AT THE RESTAURANT. WORST EXPERIENCE. AND THE LOCATION IS VERY VERY BAD . please don't waste your money

My stay at Sinclairs Siliguri was Excellent. Excellent Location. Airport and Station accessible in short time. Very convenient. Well maintained & hygienic rooms. Clean beds, towels and linen. Neat, clean & hygienic bathrooms. Excellent food. Though the menu options are the same across all the Sinclairs properties I visited (Siliguri, Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Gangtok), the food was excellent. Service was also excellent. All the staff were very courteous and looked after all our requirements very well. Will surely visit again and also recommend to all my friends and relatives. Thanks.

Excellent Stay
We booked the hotel for 2 days. Spacious rooms, Luxurious washrooms and great food. The restaurant staff was very warm with top notch service. They also have live singer everyday during dinner hours which was made the dinner experience ever better. The property is bit far from the town but away from the noise and rush. The property is extremely well maintained and beautiful. Overall an excellent stay.
