If you are planning to take a break from your schedule than this is the best place to stay as the property is old as we stayed in old building so there are some negligible issues the if you are looking for good north Indian food than you will at right place. Terrible Stay

the rooms in page is completely different from reality. the property is made in such a way that all the rooms in ground, 1st, 2nd floors have no view. even if lucky like us you will be given a room with a view of a horror story, back side of a wall with fool of algae and creepers. the rooms are not even worth 2k, such pathetic experience, only consider this hotel if you get the maharaja suite. i hope those rooms have ambient light comming in.

We had a memorable stay in sterling .the food was awesome and best thing about sterling kalimpong is all staff was very polite .very good hospitality from the welcoming itself Mr priyanka was there to attend us .mr sagar mr bibek was very polite to us ..we specially thanks to ms priyanka for taking care of us ..housekeeping staff was good. Mr. Sahil was a very humble guy. .Ms. Smriti was very cooperative

A Heartfelt Thank You to Sterling Park, Kalimpong We stayed for 2 nights with three senior citizens and an infant, and the experience was truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond – especially when they surprised us by celebrating our baby’s first birthday with cake and decorations, completely unprompted. It was such a thoughtful gesture! The food was delicious, the service warm and attentive, and the heritage bungalow property is beautifully maintained with stunning valley views. Special thanks to Ms. Priyanka, Ms. Smriti, Manager Mr. Amit, and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kalimpong!

The location is immensely beautiful with an absolutely stunning view of the town and the snow clad ranges. The food, amenities and service were excellent. It was an incredible experience to stay at the nicely decorated and classic property. Staff was absolutely courteous and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience to remember.

heritage property but well maintained, unlike other heritage properties which are dilapidated and shabby. good hospitality team - Sagar, Pranay, Taki and Smriti. this is a property where I enjoyed reading a book in the sun, sipping gin, indulging in smoking. Cafe kalimpong , main market is walking - downhill 1.5 km.

Food is average...bathroom is too congested and small for a maharaja room..there is no proper view of valleys... and most inportantly...there is no proper power back up...all night there was no power.. a poor experience at a premium cost

A lovely comfortable and cosy stay.

Sterling Park Kalimpong is a beautiful and very cosy property. It is an old building converted into a hotel. it has wooden flooring, beautiful wooden ceiling and gives an old world charm. the staff is super nice and friendly. very soft spoken and respectful. we stayed for 2 nights and the main market area is around 1.5 km away. We walked to the market area but you get taxi also to go. The breakfast spread is pretty basic and a little underwhelming. But there are many amazing restaurants in the main market to explore local cuisine. overall happy with the stay and have no complaints as such.

Only good thing is it's location. We have booked two rooms of the heritage classic category. According to MMT details rooms have valley views. But in reality we have got only one room with valley views and another is no view. But we have paid the same price for both. Utterly disappointing. The manager of the property is also denied to provide similar rooms. They don't even have the courtesy to inform that there is no available room of the same category for the next day. At the time of check out they offered only a 10% discount on the food bill for ruining our holiday. Food is also not up to mark. Only a set of menu is available. Service is very slow. power cut is another issue. You will not get hot water if there is power cut. Overall experience is not good.
