Property is good well maintained but very very far from center. so trasport charges are very high . .like for Radha nagar cab has charged 2k just for pick n drop. . for jetty pick n drop 2k. . no auto no 2 wheeler . . just private cab. so need to pay too much money tp commute to tourist places. Food taste is good but very costly. . They have burnt the pizza n but kids at 3 pieces (unburnt part)as they were hungary . when we asked for another as it wasn't eatable they have only served half pizza . . they are charging very high for food. .

The room was very small and smelly with a lot of insects like cockroaches and lizards. We complained at the reception regarding the insects and their reply was that they are aware of it....that's it, no solution for the same. The area around the hotel was not good. Food was expensive as a 5 star hotel for example an egg bhurji is worth 400 so you can imagine. There is no food place near the hotel so you are stuck here with no option available.

Great atmosphere, beautiful pool, kids-friendly, helpful staff, the food was tasty and the menu had many options. Best beach is on the other side of the island. But everything is nearby seeing the size of the island.

Resort is situated in very interior location. Within 5-6 km no shop is available. Food cost is very high and for vegetarian there is very limited option.

Good to stay with family and kids. Rooms are maintained well and staff is very helpful. Limited access to transport

Hotel is excellent and one of the best hotel in havelock. Staffs are very good and well mannered and amenities available is also excellent. I suggest anyone who visit havelock must stay

The resort and staff are good but the maintenance is very bad. The water they provided in the washroom is very dirty and even after complaining for two times, it was not fixed.

wonderful experience.... The property is away from the main busy area surrounded by farms and is very peaceful. The rooms are very very well done. They have a huge pool right at the centre of the property which is amazing specially in the night when they have live music.

1. Overall resort is huge and planned nicely but the room maintenance is not up to mark. Need to improve on cleanliness and fixtures. There were gaps in door panels and windows and rooms does not appear well maintained. 2. Location of resort is another concern. It is situated on outskirts away from all activity spots on havelock. Resort does not provide pickup and drop service and getting general autos and cabs is a tough task due to bad road condition. Really struggled to reach back resort in evening. 3. Food taste and quality is excellent but prices are quite steep and you won't get any other dining options nearby. The closest one is 4 km away. 4. Overall average stay experience.

The property is out in the village that gives a silent environment and the ambience of the property is so good, the pool side dinner is the best part. Rooms are also very good. You can choose it over any other over priced property.

It was a good experience and we both of us enjoy a lot i know it's far away from city but it was good i suggest to all this was good property because in a night there was a swimming pool where the party would be going in the pool it was a lovely experience in this resort staff was very cooperative food was very good and all the facilities were very amazing totally loved it

We wanted to stay a little away from beach and this was a perfect offbeat place, the staff was very friendly and helpful in all respects, nice cuisine and a good space to walk around

Resort is good but too far from city & doesn't have beach access. When i visited road was worst. Few staff.

I am giving it a 0 star rating. We literally burnt our hard earned money on this resort. Firstly they charged us nearly about rs per night. But we willingly spent so much money on it after seeing the pictures of the resort. We came here from port blair. So when we were in port blair we called them up and asked them to provide us pickup service for which we will pay them. They told us they will send us the cab detail and the driver will call us and the cab service will be charged at rs 350. After getting no response even after 1 hour, we called them again they said they don't provide such service. We told them that the receptionist told us that the cab will be arranged for our pick up. After that we were told that it will cost us rs 1000. Nonetheless no cab was arranged and we came by ourselves. The place is very faraway from our ferry drop point. And the road wasn't good either. When we reached the hotel we were the only person to check in in the hotel for the day. We wanted to change the resort, but realising that we had spent a lot on the hotel we decided to stay. In the evening we went to the swimming pool to enjoy our evening but i got injured because their tiles in the swimming pool was broken. The cut was very deep so we wanted some emergency medical service for which they provided us with first aid kit. Again the bleeding in the wound started at night but we waited till morning to call the reception. When we called the reception, instead of doing anything about it they responded by laughing and saying nothing could be made available at this time. I schooled the receptionist properly then they arranged for a scooty at 8:15 am. That was just an injury but what if someone was dying. Would that response work even at such critical situation. When you are situated at such a faraway place you should always be prepared for the worst. My rest of the trip is now cursed because of one wrong decision. If you are planning to visit the place please do that at your risk, i won't advise though. There are better resorts in the havelock at cheaper price. In addition, even their wi-fi was not working. Food is very expensive and since the place is a secluded one you cannot go elsewhere and eat, there are lizards in the room(but then it is a tropical place, so they are bound to be there, ac is not powerful enough to let you survive even the heat of december.
