Food quality was great, taste great, service excellent. Rooms are average in size and average furniture. Location was interior residencial area. Going out without car was not possible. Photos of property Smartly captured, swimming pool was not there it was a splash pool. Average rating.

Location is very inside and congested residential location. Not sure why the floor was so moist all the time even though it was 1st floor. Bathtub was just for name sake . Even if you don’t want to use bathtub you have to stand in the bath tub. Also the extra mattress was so hard. The only thing I liked the service and great gesture by the staff, specially Mr. Kaushik Mukherjee.

family with 1 kidThe location is not great but the property is okay. What is worst thing about the place is their terms and conditions which is terrible. So we during our 8 days trip stayed here on the last day(our 4th hotel where we stayed). They said they would charge my 6year old child extra and said he is not an infant. On my resistance to it, they said they will see what can be done. We stayed there for a day and when we left in the morning and went for breakfast at around 7:20am ( breakfast starts at 7:30am), the manager didnot say us anything but shouted at his juniors that why we were allowed early. We had said them the night before that as we have an early morning flight, we would want a little early breakfast because we need to leave by 7:45am. And we did not create any chaos when we reached for breakfast instead we quietly wanted to take whatever was available so that we can leave by 7:45am. We were 6 people including a child and 3 senior citizens. But the manager was really rude and loud when he shouted at his junior which we could clearly hear. And he was not at all cordial with us. I won't at all recommend this place . All the places we visited in Andaman had such great service except for this place.

Staff is very friendly. Best service I got in the hotel. Kaushik ji and subdip ji were very helpful. They both even handled our 2 year old baby at times when we needed. My baby call them Friend uncle. A big thank you for the hotel and staff. Only issue I found was location of hotel.

Stay was good. Location of property is off. Cabs will charge more. Food is decent. Service is good. But they could not provide us tea at 7am since their breakfast starts at 7:30am. We told them to book cab and he charged extra for 15 min wait time which was informed to cab driver by hotel.

Neil for their outstanding service and support throughout our stay, every little detail is considered here. We had a great vacation here the view is awesome and swimming rules and regulations and their pool standards are good. Nice location
