Best stay in Havelock, top hospitality. Proper service and additional guest care. Kind of a jungle stay.

The hotel is located inside a lush property. Rooms are spacious and clean... services are promt and efficient.... but location is near radhanagar beach but bit far off from centrepoint where there are good restaurants... No source of autos or taxi s available except if pre booked.. however one can rent a scooty in the hotel.... food was okay but on the expensive side... breakfast is limited.

The property , the rooms , the pool and the ambience is all very good , but where they lack is service . Definitely a 3 star hotel , but can be 4 star if they improve their service, especially the restaurant. The food itself was good , but the service felt unmotivated. Everthing has to be asked for , including water, cutlery and bill . And yeah , the bill settlement is the most irritating part , you have to settle each and everything instantly, nothing gets billed to your room . Even if you order ice to the room, you have to pay instantly on receiving it . Food is highly overpriced , but tastes good . Breakfast can improve . And staff needs to be motivated and welcoming it felt that they are doing slavery . Never smiled always grumpy and sad , minding their own business. Asked for room cleaning , because we were leaving for some activity , but the response was it happens only at after 12 when we would be in our room . All the reasons why I would rate it a 3 , but has the potential to become 4 star

Travelled with family . Spacious rooms. Very big bathrooms cleanliness is superb. Pool and restaurant are great . Prices are little higher in the restaurant but overall it’s a great stay

good property and very nice jungle themed rooms. food was very nice. very polite and professional staff. they can improve the tour and sight seeing facilities in the hotel. connectivity is an issue which i think hotel should resolve by providing low cost taxis

Good ambience away from beach. Well maintained. Food was excellent. Staff very friendly.however you have to hire vehicles to reach any beach. Internet service needs to be improved !

Location is near radhanagar beach but it's not at walkable distance so one need some vehicle. location is peaceful. Amidst nature. Staff is polite and very helpful

good stay, great rooms, away from beach access but close to Radhanagar beach (4 KM) good pool, nice jungle feel. food good. booked room villa with bath tub, spacious rooms and good bathroom.

We spent four nights at Deforet, Havelock which is 2.5 km from Radhanagar Beach. Must say overall it was a fantastic experience. It is a very cosy property and experience across reception, restaurant & room service and house keeping is worthy of appreciation. In restaurant, we were served by Daphi, Iban and Om Prakash with lot of personal touch and fantastic food (Thanks to Chef and the team). House keeping staff Durgesh and Santa are very professional. Last but not the least reception staff irrespective of shift were proactive in providing timely assistance.

The property was huge and very beautiful. The rooms were spacious, however a crab did enter our room. The food was ok ok youre better off eating out

The Hotel is near Radha Nagar Beach but far from other places . Hotel room was very spacious and had good amenities. The hotel and restaurant staff are polite & courteous and the service is quick.Hotel food is very expensive and the quantity served is also very less.
