Review Of Symphony Palms Beach Resort & Spa

I had booked a room for 3. The location was great, with a beach just a few meters apart. The food and other amenities were awesome. The room service offered was also to the point. I highly recommend this stay.

we got a under construction pool view instead of Garden View. we visited towards end of September 2025 and heard from one staff that the work is going on for last 6 months. yet not a single mention neither any compensation to cover the charges. staffs were well behaved and restaurant food was good

good resort for staying. food in restaurant is tastful and good,speciallybreakfastis so good. rooms are clean.

Great location, beside beach beautiful surrounding atmosphere & live music, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had Breakfast.

The food of the property was good. Staff behaviour was extremely good. Hygiene was properly maintained. The location was too good, they have their own beach also to be access by the public, obviously the hotel stayers. Overall the experience was fabulous.

Stay and food was good. most recommended. especially i personally loved the ambience of the hotel and worthful for money

The stay was nice with prompt service. Got bumped up to a better room. The location of the hotel is quite good.

We stayed here for 3 days, great location, they have a private beach access, breakfast spread was good, the menu was different each day, the service was excellent, they were very courteous and prompt. only negative was the construction work going on which made the view from our cottage bad.

very old resort, lack of amenities, even swimming pool not there. They are renovating, for now it's average

Stay was quiet comfortable However the cottage was very old . Even we seen 2 insects entered in room . When I spoken about the age old cottage with Mr. taposh (Guest Booking Officer) , understand that the entire property will renovate . All staff was amazing . Specially restaurant staff . Always greeting . Superb hospitality.

Location is superb. Facility is not upto the mark. AC was not properly working in my room. Food quality and quantity was not good. Price was too high.

Rooms are below average. Cleanliness has to be improved. Toilets are old and of poor standards for that price. service is below average, food is good

In room a light bulb was flickering, notified upon checking in to reception but no one addressed the issue and the bulb was night mare - Switching ON-OFF it’s own. The flush doesn’t work in toilet,u have to just keep pressing those knobs/buttons so it can be flushed. Food is so pathetic I’m still facing health issues.No hygiene, i don’t think they follow any food guidelines. The services is slower then tree sloths , the drink they gave me it was now where close whiskey sour, smelling like hell. Looks like they don’t have professional bartender. They just mixed the things and served. Dear MMT , even half of the amenities were not there as it was mentioned at the time of booking. . On side note I really appreciate Uday’s efforts and help and Tapas who got delivered our left belongings at room with very such notice. I am just wondering why a guest has to mention that flush is not working or which hotel puts half toilet paper roll with shampoos, body washes. So unhygienic, looks like since we didn’t use that, would be used for next guest.

one of the best beach resort I have been... Lagoon suits situated right next to govind nagar beach make your stay really awesome... you can see beautiful sunrise from here... staff is good... high tide and low tide will blow your mind... overall excellent experience value for money. p.s. - plan to stay during full moon you will love the vibe of night.

The food and stay was good. They have arranged Candle night dinner by the beach was excellent spot and the amenities are good. With respect to dental kit and hair dryer, are being provided only on need to ask basis

Not worth to money resort is not as per expectations food was good spa services not available very noisy place whereas expectations are like cool & silent place

There is a lot of construction going on in the resort hence very disturbing. Also the walls are so thin that we could hear a group of people talking/yelling till 1am. Breakfast is decent. There was a compulsory 2500 rs per person gala dinner on christmas that we didn't want to be part of but had to pay for. Kind-of a waste of time and money. There are many hotels and resorts in havelock you can skip this one. It's kind-of overhyped.

It was a horrid experience. Washrooms were subpar. I will not recommend the place to anyone.
