Hotels in Vijay Nagar Beach, Havelock
It's a 4 star property with sea facing pool. It has a spa with economical rates. Rooms are good. On the beach. 4 km from kalpather beach. Bikes avbl on rent. The breakfast is good. Not many choices though. Just staying at this resort is a holiday itself. It's wonderful, but WiFi is only at reception with limited speed. They have free phone at reception because there is no network coverage at resort. I think one should book in advance and stay for at least 3 nights to enjoy there stay to full.

Havelock Island Beach resort was by far the best property we experienced in our Andamans trip. However rooms are not that spacious and WiFi does not have good connectivity. Location is great and staff was courteous.

The resort was slightly costly, but it was worth every single penny. Beautiful ambience, private access to the beach, plush and comfortable rooms, great food at the in-house restaurant. A special mention for the staff, extremely courteous, patient and helpful. Aditya and Pushpa at the reception desk were more than willing to tend to every little request of ours. We were upgraded to a suite without requesting, as the staff realized we are on honeymoon :)

As soon as you enter the hotel, you get a relaxing vibe. There are painted colourful cottages all around with an international crowd. Every cottage has a hammock. At night people play guitar, barbecue food or simply doze in the hammock. The shack is an absolute steal for its cost and its relaxed vibe. A must try for a day or two.

Their was initially problem regarding our booking as the voucher was not with us later he confirmed the same. The location is near the beach and we had a convenient stay. Since most of the day we are busy only we come to sleep at night. The hotel we did not have any food but nearby hotels were very good. Suggest the hotel keep a kettle for making our own coffee or tea as the staff of the hotel open only at 0800 hrs. Another suggestion is to keep a tap outside the rooms so that we can wash the feet and not bring the sand inside over all its was a comfortable stay. Murthy

Its a small resort having six deluxe and three luxury saloons all close to the beach. Location is excellent hardly about forty-fifty meters from the beach. Owner Mr Girish is very supportive and takes care of every little details at the resort and also of your requirements. Ms Shobha is an excellent support at the reception, smart lady who takes care of the resort under supervision of Mr Girish. The best part of the resort is the homely feel, clenliness and ambience of the place which lets you enjoy every bit of this beautiful Havelock island. Resort is close to lot of eateries like Full Moon Cafe, Golden Spoon, Anju Coco etc. Worth every penny you spend, we had a gala time at the Resort.

In MMT the cottages were told to be sea having, however, I was given the garden palms facing .. Anyways, since there's ambiguity in the reservations, so I rate overall 3 star experience .. The receptionist Beenu and Mr Saleem in the adventure sports and it's respective arrangements are praiseworthy. Overall experience was great, expect the sea facing room desire had been turned down in spite of MMT bookings

It's a small complex of 10-12 eco friendly separate huts with the care takers residing in the same complex area, cocunut trees are there in the entire area. Small restaurant which is managed by a couple is within the complex and offers good Veg & non Veg food at affordable prices (Aloo Paranthas are a must try! ). The huts which are made of bamboo sheets and sheds are small, safe and have basic amenities with a double bed, table chair, fan in the room and two chairs provided for relaxing in the outer patio. Huts/washrooms are neat and clean. There are multiple eco friendly hotels nearby but are pricier as compared to Pano Eco, so please don't compare. The location is great as it is just 5-10 minutes walk from Vijay Nagar beach, which is at the backside of the resort. Main market is also just 10 min walk, where you can get all groceries, fruits, veg, restaurents, collectibles etc. Amit, a guy who manages the entire show here is a friendly guy who loves trekking and diving himself, with loads of good advices to make your trip a memorable one. Do spend at least 15 minutes with him !?

Cottages are beautiful but beach is not actually a beach. No breakfast included in the room booking. Although the owner was very polite. Aunty provided a very warm welcome to us. Quite and nice place around 2 km from the jetty where the cruise will drop you.

It calls itself a resort, but has no facility like a swimming pool or gym or even games. WiFi didn't work for 2 days. No cooperation in booking local transport as well. No hot water in the bathroom. Major part of the hotel is still under construction.
