Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property was disappointing. Location: The location is very scenic and fairly accessible, but that was one of the few positives. Although it’s situated in a convenient area, the overall experience inside the property overshadowed any benefit of the location. Ambience: The ambience was dull and far below expectations. The property lacked warmth and didn’t feel inviting at all. The lighting and overall aesthetics were gloomy, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or relaxed during the stay. Room Condition: The biggest issue was the room itself. The room had leakage problems, which made the space feel damp and unpleasant. This is a serious concern, as it affects both comfort and hygiene. The furniture and overall setup felt outdated, and the room definitely did not justify the cost. AC was from seconds stock its sound was same as Tractor Amenities & Services: The amenities were minimal, and even the ones offered didn’t seem well-maintained. Service quality could have been better—requests were either delayed or not handled efficiently. I expected better responsiveness and professionalism from the staff, especially when reporting an issue like a no hot water in the tap, instead of repairing they offered 2 buckets of hot water Food: The food was average at best. The menu lacked variety, and the taste didn’t stand out. The dining experience felt as dull as the ambience of the property. Overall Experience: Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. The dull ambience, poorly maintained room, and lackluster services made the experience below expectations. I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made, had to pay just for the night which was not value for money

The view from the hotel was amazing and mesmerising, however I did not like the food quality. The food wasn’t upto the expectation. Also, still I felt I overpayed, and just for the view I believe, because there was no dental kit, the towels were very rough. They don’t serve food/meals apart from specific timings. You only get to have some snacks, pakoda and bread butter. The pre packed food is also not that great, they kept bread butter and a raw banana. I’d say if you are booking this place, then you might feel worth it because of the views. You can try the food outside somewhere.

Staff was very cordial and supportive. View was amazing from the room. Pool is very secluded and not maintained. There should have been bar nearby and some support staff near the pool. Food was okay. Overall good but could have been better.

The property location is great overviewing the bay. One gets excellent view of the bay more so when it comes to sunrise. However, maintenance for the property is not good and food leaves a lot to be desired.

Initial room was full of smell. Looks a rat dies inside the room. We ordered lunch and it came 1.30 hr late and the arrived lunch was not given in an organized manner. drinks served during the night were awful. even the breakfast was so so.

familyThe stay was less than average. Location of the property is good. Old property. No oomph factor. Staff are fine. View from the room is good. Food is a big no. We had lunch and ordered the most common dal makhani and paneer masala. It was very poor. It seemed pbm was soaked in kesar food colour. Too bad. Dal makhani too was very bad. To watery and taste was also bad. Raita was very sour. Salad was not freshly cut. I would refrain from referring the property to anyone.

coupleAverage hotel. Not worth for this price point. Rooms disparately needs refresh. Bathrooms are fairly clean. Brilliant view, but no balcony. The area near the ocean can be developed nicely for a morning view point. The staff are courteous, restaurant is way below average.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The best part of the hotel is the location, excellent sea facing hotel. Rooms are ok, we stayed in family room. The bathrooms did not had lock, considering this is a family room with 3 to 4 people staying, it was uncomfortable without locks, bathrooms were added after thought. Rooms inside are good, but the corridor are not so clean, looks very old building. Breakfast spread is good. Overall the cost is high for the rooms.

Excellent location infront of sea and well maintained property. Most of the staff are well mannered n friendly except few. One of them was really arrogant while serving in room as well as in restaurant and they even need to learn the courtesy to close the door behind them silently while going out. Instead 2-3 times they used to leave my door open while serving me in the room and going out. Otherwise, stay was nice.
