The overall experience was below expectations — the food wasn’t great, and the AC didn’t function well. However, the staff were polite and helpful, which made the stay a bit better.

The condition of the room was unclean and unhygienic, with stained towels and bedsheets. The food quality was acceptable. However, the front office staff exhibited unprofessional behavior and rudeness. Additionally, the establishment only accepts cash or UPI payments, citing network issues as the reason for not accepting card transactions. When questioned about the reliability of UPI in case of network disruptions, staff members claimed this was a policy of the resort. Importantly, this cash-only policy was not communicated to guests in advance, and staff members reportedly subjected guests Based on these observations, I do not recommend this resort due to its lack of professionalism and inadequate service.

Summer sand resort not a good hotel, breakfast was pathetic, not eatable , dinner was limited and tasteless, front desk lady and manager not supportive, junior level staff was helpful, rooms are not good, swimming pool design by mad person

The rooms were great !! Everything is good but i guess 5 star is little overrated !! Food was good as well .. breakfast selection could be improved as a 5 star property .. the staffs were hospitable and courteous

We booked 3 rooms, for 2 nights. +s Staff is friendly. Food is tasty. Kids liked the swimming pool, well maintained, fun with music n snacks. -s Old property; rooms had multiple issues including leaky roof during heavy rains. We had to change 1 room at night.

We stayed at Symphony Summer Sands, Neil Island in the Neil Ocean Suite category and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the food was genuinely good and the staff polite and helpful, the property is poorly maintained and does not live up to its advertised standard. The rooms look old, need repair, and lack proper upkeep — definitely not what you expect from a premium resort. The beach access is extremely disappointing, with the area full of garbage and practically no usable beach to relax or walk on. Overall, this property feels overpriced for what it offers. It may work for a short transit stay, but not ideal for those expecting a true beach resort experience.

The location was okay but the infrastructure of the property was dilapidated. Service was okay and food was overpriced. The option of accommodation with breakfast was a good deal in such an overpriced location.

Stayed in Case Aqua. Lovely vibe. Great music by the bar. Rio and Anand took exceptional care. Friendly front office staff.

I booked for an incorrect date. I got zero help from the Hotel's end. I know I made a mistake, but it was not something that could have been taken care of.

Our stay at the was exceptional from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, Manager made our check-in process seamless. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with breathtaking views of the Garden & Pool front of balcony. We loved the infinity pool and the delicious food at the poolside garden. The resort's beautiful grounds and numerous activities, like the nature walk, made it the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall value for money. Enjoy my 2 years old Baby "Kriyansh" so much. Hotels all staff are too much good to take care of baby. Thanks

It is a great and luxurious property with a well trained and helpful staff. Special thanks to Ravi Kohli whose hospitality is above par. The rooms are very neat and clean and very spacious. Food is delicious with quite a variety to try. The property is located close to Ram nagar beach and walkable to Sita pur beach.

The pool is very good, rooms are not as expected, service is ok, It is not a 5 star resort maybe 3 or 4 star resort

The food of the property was good. Staff behaviour was extremely good. Hygiene was properly maintained. The location was too good, just in front of the airport. Overall the experience was fabulous.

A symphony summers hotel was one of the best hotel I ever seen, and I know great hospitality and they treated the customers very well and the food was awesome. Their services, ultimate and their rooms. Interiors was was at five star level and the pool in front of the hotel was mesmerising. My son truly enjoyed swimming all over into end.

the resort was good and food was also nice but the swimming pool was under renovation the main reason to nook aqua rooms went as a waste. the beach was also not accessible as there were all deadly rocks to cross and reach the beach
