The property is beautiful and the rooms are worthy....well maintained and well mannered staff. I recommend.

Location good, food good, amenities are good, food service is to slow and they will service in happy bday.

There is no backup or electricity is there at the resort, whole night I didn't sleep and lots of mosquitoes are there.

Location is very near to natural bridge. Which makes it special

Location is good but very bad road. Food service is just sufficient to have meal without any much choice and taste. Amenities are average, surprise to see plastic glasses and bottle is only use in this place. Services are average, please don't expect much, staff will politely deny your request. Very rigid for checkout timing.

overall, *i had a bad experience of staying at the property*. cons: 1. staff did not share wifi password, citing some reason that telecom connectivity is disrupted in neil island. adding to the woes were almost negligible phone connectivity at the property site. 2. ⁠room door (on its back) has a displayed list of how a guest will be fined if the guest happens to damage/break items. that is a strict no-no in hospitality. 3. ⁠food quality was below average. even small dhabas outside serve much better food. 4. ⁠even the bedding provided within the rooms was not adequate for the total number of guests. in my case, initially there was only 1 single blanket for two guests. further, request for extra-pillows was also declined. pros: 1. nearness to natural bridge 2. ⁠adjacent to roadhead

I had the worst experience ever staying at this hotel. They were reluctant to share the wifi password despite asking for it multiple times. They asked for a 10 percent service charge for bringing the dinner to the room. The waiter was stalking inside the room when we had called him to get our bottle refilled. They just provide on glass bottle for water and refused to give the second one even when we asked for it. The staff take ages to come to the room when called. They refused to serve coffee for breakfast even when we asked for it. They said that we could order coffee by paying money but they wouldn't give it for free. Overall a terrible experience for the price that we paid to book the hotel. Not at all worth the money.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and the buffet food was nice. Overall a great experience in this budget.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was bery polite and helpful. Property was full of greenery. Also this location is at a walking distance of 240 meters from natural bridge.

Property is located near by laxmanpur beach2. 0(natural bridge, location is fantastic but light cut out issue you face, breakfast is not good, not eatable, staff behaviour is good, overall experience ok.
