Service and accommodation of the property is not satisfactory. Cost of the property is so high in comparison to its service and accommodation. Although it is showing swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool on line; in fact there is no swimming pool. AC is not working properly.

High price, No AC, Small room , No comfortable, I shall not book through mmt, I shall go through as it is giving best options with lowest price

It was pleasant experience. Food was decent. Room and washroom are good. View from room also good.

Stayed at Neil Banjara for two nights. Will be considered as an average stay. Staff is just OK. TV, intercom nothing was working and wifi was working only at designated places outside room. Meals were not available at right time at hotel. Overall it was not a good time spent at hotel.

The only good thing was the food. The room was ok. There were lizards and spiders in our bathroom( maybe because it was in the Jungle area). The bedsheets were Stinging and the blanket was not good. There is wifi only at reception and no network was coming in rooms.

I recently stayed at Neil Banjara Hotel with my family, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite the promising name, the hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. The food quality was extremely poor, lacking taste and variety. Given that Neil Island is a popular tourist spot, one would expect at least decent meals, but what we got was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, there was no WiFi available, which was highly inconvenient, especially for travelers who need connectivity. In today’s time, this is an absolute basic facility, and its absence was frustrating. The rooms were poorly lit, creating a dull and uncomfortable atmosphere. Even during the day, the lack of proper lighting made the space feel gloomy and unwelcoming. Additionally, the showers were terrible, with low water pressure and inconsistent temperature. A simple shower became a struggle, adding to the discomfort. Overall, this hotel does not justify its pricing or the expectations of travelers. I would strongly advise against staying here unless the management takes serious steps to improve the services. There are much better options available in Neil Island.

the property is not good the showers were not working properly as well as the air conditioning did not work properly. we had to go and tell them several times to change the room after which they did finally. most items in the menu were not available. The tv or settop boxes in the rooms did not work. The wifi only works on the lower floor but there was no signal or wifi on the upper floors. not a very good experience for me. however the staff was decent and well behaved. that's the only positive part.

Neil banjara is not suitable staying because. 1) wifi not available 2) room tv is not working it is just showing as a decoration into the room. 3)cheque in time and cheque out time defetent only 22 hours. 4) room is so little

ROOMS ARE DECENT. COULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF SOME TEA COFEE AFTER CHECK IN. CUTLERY'S ARE ALL PLASTIC, DRINKING GLASS ALSO. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the property, and the food was delicious, with a good variety of options. However, there were frequent electricity and WiFi issues, which made it difficult to stay connected and comfortable at times. If these issues are resolved, it would be a perfect place to stay. Overall, a good experience with some room for improvement.

Hello i am staying in neel banjara hotel in neel island, so many problems here. 1. My phone network not working 2. Wifi not working here 3. Tv not working here 4. Ant and centipede in bathroom and under the bed i found, dangerous for my 3 yr baby girl. 5. I went 5km away for airtel network for whts app msgs and internet because here no wifi that is the biggest problem for us. Pls help us what can do also light cut sometimes 20-30mins

my stay is average stay property location is difficult to find but it 2 km from Neil island Ferry wraft if Google Navigation direction works properly better take auto to find property Autos are available I didn't taken any food in hotel but prices are very high for budget travelers better have food outside the property Amenities in property is poor Tv is not at all working and services are also poor its need to improve a lot over My is average I rate this property 3/5

Rooms are neat and clean. Value for money. Good location also. Proper power backup is also there. Overall good.

Hotel management, food, location and services were excellent. Food was decent and the staff was also polite.

Hotel is very good but wifi is unserviceable and service is also good.
