location nice food/restaurants service pathetic amenities average room service very bad waterlogged bathroom , repeated airconditioner failure due to mcb off, booked extra cot but received floor mattress only as they dont have extra cot, ordered 4 item in restaurant and we have to wait more than 1 hr 30 min to get part order and full order by another 20min. overall very bad stay

very nice hotel. stayed for a day with a family of 4. located on the beach. One additional mattress was required, although ,not there in the package but hotel reception provided on complimentary. Food was good. Had dinner and breakfast.

We had booked this resort only because of good location. We booked it for 3 nights. There were many functional issues in the room. The basin tap was not working. Everytime we had to operate it from below the basin. The below the basin knob was having termites on the wall near it. There was fungus all over inside the wardrobe which we cleaned ourselves. Linen was dirty with stains. Wifi was erratic. No lights in the balcony which were still under the process of installation. Swimming pool water was dirty because of which my wife got outer ear infection and wasted one full day in hospital after returning to port blair. Breakfast was ok. But for in room service we once ordered hot and sour soup first night which was inedible. After that we didn't had anything from this resort and had all our meals outside. No one checked for cleaning our room even once for 3 days.
