Hotel Havelock Gateway

I pay good amount but I don’t like your hotel service Room looks also not good as your photo

The hotel is close to jetty point. Rooms are clean and spacious. staff is very friendly and all required amenities are available. you can have food at hotel or nearby lot many other options too. Best point I liked is it's quite near to Hadoo jetty so it was very convenient specially if you want to leave early mrngs.

Location is good. Market nearby and around 2kms from jetty. Rooms are spacious and the food is good. Bathrooms to be maintained properly as there were insects in the bathroom.

had a great stay at Hotel Havelock Gateway. The hotel offers excellent hospitality, with polite and attentive staff who ensure a comfortable experience. Room service and other amenities were well-maintained, adding to the overall convenience. The only downside was that the swimming pool’s recirculation system wasn’t switched on while people were using it, which was a bit concerning. Apart from that, everything else was well-managed, making for an enjoyable stay. Overall, a good place to stay in Havelock with great service and hospitality

Hotel gave me an early check-in of 2 hrs with well maintained rooms. The location of hotel is well connected with main spots. Hotel has well maintained swimming pool.

Property is near to jetty and easy to locate, rooms are good and spacious. Small market is near by this property.

We stayed in Havelock gateway for 2 days and it was a pleasant stay. It was clean, polite and helpful staff and very near from the market and ferry port. the food though a bit pricey, was delicious.

this property has just pool with lights,everything else is below average here. room was not upto par,furniture needs upgradation, bathrooms were not clean. inexperienced staff was there.

Excellent, safe and real havelock in havelock. I stayed in this property for two nights with my family. Had an amazing experience, 100% satisfying and value for money. Hardly there is anything i can complain of. You feel safe with family and hotel management make sure you are provided the services for which you have paid. Thanks again,

The swimming pool, quick service, and a good restaurant is the main attractions of this newly built hotel.

My booking was changed by mm t citing reasons that hotel havelock gateway is under maintenance & they are not taking guests. However when i reached property on 26. 12. 24 the hotel havelock gateway was not under any maintenance and allowing guest due hospitality. It’s cheating by mm t to me when i booked hotel more than a month ago. This type of action by mm t is a breach of trust for such a reputed brand to a very old customer. I am associated with mm t for more than 10 years. Thanks

Pros - swimming pool cons - ac not working properly, wifi is not working inside rooms, tv is of no use without wifi, complimentary breakfast is pathetic & menu breakfast is below average, prices of food is too high, service staff are immature, washroom is not upto standard. Overall it was bad experience not recommended at all !

A good property which is new, has a pool for kids and is budget friendly. The restaurant is open at odd times as well to cater for late arrivals or early departures. The staff is courteous and knows their job

Hotel experience was awesome newly build proper. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and so beautiful.

Our stay at havelock gateway was very good and we had a nice time. Swimming pool was very clean and we enjoyed swimming as well. Over all our stay was very nice!

Hotel was good. It was clean and food was also tasty. But inside bathroom flow of water was slow and toilet flush was sometimes working and sometimes not not working.

very new property. very clean. Food was great and awesome. enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. No access to private beach.

Stayed with family for holiday for 3 nights. location is accesible. Food was not up to the mark. The pool side gets noisy and you can hear the loudnoises in all the rooms. Whats even worse is they play loud noise machines and call it MUSIC. Multiple requests to reduce the volume have gone in vain. Theres loud music from outside too. Terrible stay and experience. definitely recommend to avoid if posdible.
