Location perfect. Very near to tourist points food excellent hospitality of staff very good

Poor service, overpriced, very high priced food. Do not add breakfast in your stay. They charge 350/- for poori sabzi in breakfast. Poor management. They boast a lot but deliver poorly

We are very happy, choosing us De havlock hotal. very excellent maintenance in room, very highy quality food service, and an Amazon swimming pool. The Hotel staff very educated and polity with customers. My opinion excellent

location of the property was ok but the restaurant food was worst it was very expensive but the also the taste and quality of food was waste of money

The way of talking of the staff people even in NO RUSH was rude, just imagine how would it be during the actual season time in much of work pressure. Hot water timings are from 5:30 am to 9 am only. You expect a guest to wakeup and bath early morning when they are on vaccation? They don't even understand the difference between dining and in-room dining. The breakfast offered was sada upma, boiled egg and burnt breads and the cost per plate taken was Rs. 300/- per plate. Overall, a super bad experience with them for the 2 days Iwas pleased to go and eat in their cafeteria as well, as thry greeted me well.

The stay was excellent with a hot water kettle for a tea coffee pouch. cleanliness overall was fantastic. The hotel location is on the main road so it's really helpful to visit any tourist places by transport.

food was not as per expectations only facade of the hotel is good looking not services or food provided.

We stayed here 2 nights for our anniversary, its a new property, we booked suite room, got big size room with bathtub bathroom, service is also good, food quality and varieties are there, and location wise its a middle of Radhangar and Kalapathhar beach, overall thumps up👍 for this hotel

The ambiance is good but the staff are not very cooperative in the dining area. Same repeated food nothing much available. Even though complimentary checkouts are mentioned in the app they aren't ready to allow for a single hour to stay more. They are saying make my trip is mad at business so this is our hotel our rules don't believe whatever is there in the app. I just fed up with the app and the hotel. Please look some good rated hotels than this.

Pool was not clean, food was no variety no taste. Rooms were average. Staff was-not helpful at all. Can recommend aroma resort instead of this

Stayed fir 2 nights, booked 3 rooms. Site is 3 kms from market, looks secluded in night. Rooms are spacious, washroom ok, service is very good. Food delicious. Pool is OK, maintenance of pool is not proper, may be due to poor quality of water there as told by staff. Staff very humble and ready tk serve you. Overall experience is good.

Fantastic stay at De havelock Queen it was a One night stay but every family members liked it. The Owner was very nice with every guest. The food was awesome as. The room was Airy, Clean and well furnished. The Wash room was much neat and clean. Hope everyone will like it. Will definitely stay there on my next tour.and will sure recommend my friends and other relatives to stay there.

Terrible service, cockroach 🪳 in the room, pool water is not clean. complete hotel smells like fish oil, food menu same on everyday, no change for continuously three days of my stay. The food menu is limited to the buffet. Rooms lights were blue and red...giving negative vibes. AC was manually operated by the reception counter, they can operate with their mood. You have to clear your bill repeatedly when you ask for any service from the canteen and their staff were giving special treatment and food for some specific guests.
