The stay was excellent with a hot water kettle for a tea coffee pouch. cleanliness overall was fantastic. The hotel location is on the main road so it's really helpful to visit any tourist places by transport.

food was not as per expectations only facade of the hotel is good looking not services or food provided.

We stayed here 2 nights for our anniversary, its a new property, we booked suite room, got big size room with bathtub bathroom, service is also good, food quality and varieties are there, and location wise its a middle of Radhangar and Kalapathhar beach, overall thumps up👍 for this hotel

Overall it was a very stay, prompt responses by all staff, sanjay went out of his way to help us resolve the emergency issue and last minute cancellation. Thank you so much sanjay.

The ambiance is good but the staff are not very cooperative in the dining area. Same repeated food nothing much available. Even though complimentary checkouts are mentioned in the app they aren't ready to allow for a single hour to stay more. They are saying make my trip is mad at business so this is our hotel our rules don't believe whatever is there in the app. I just fed up with the app and the hotel. Please look some good rated hotels than this.

Pool was not clean, food was no variety no taste. Rooms were average. Staff was-not helpful at all. Can recommend aroma resort instead of this

Stayed fir 2 nights, booked 3 rooms. Site is 3 kms from market, looks secluded in night. Rooms are spacious, washroom ok, service is very good. Food delicious. Pool is OK, maintenance of pool is not proper, may be due to poor quality of water there as told by staff. Staff very humble and ready tk serve you. Overall experience is good.

Fantastic stay at De havelock Queen it was a One night stay but every family members liked it. The Owner was very nice with every guest. The food was awesome as. The room was Airy, Clean and well furnished. The Wash room was much neat and clean. Hope everyone will like it. Will definitely stay there on my next tour.and will sure recommend my friends and other relatives to stay there.

Terrible service, cockroach 🪳 in the room, pool water is not clean. complete hotel smells like fish oil, food menu same on everyday, no change for continuously three days of my stay. The food menu is limited to the buffet. Rooms lights were blue and red...giving negative vibes. AC was manually operated by the reception counter, they can operate with their mood. You have to clear your bill repeatedly when you ask for any service from the canteen and their staff were giving special treatment and food for some specific guests.

room was not clean, swimming pool is stinking and water provided for drinking was not clean saw one of the staff filling bottles from leftover bottles from other rooms disgusting 🤮

Decent rooms. The pool wasn't very clean. However Food was quite good. Since we had visited in December which is season time, hotel was very crowded.

My stay in hotel de Havelock was from 30th December December to 1st January 2024. My state in the hotel was very bad. 1. Intercom was not working in the room. 2. There was lot moisture in the room so it was really very difficult to stay in the room. 3. There was no mobile network inside the hotel. 4. There was a huge sewer in the back side of the hotel so always a very bed small in the corridor photo attached. 5. Pool was not mentioned at all. 6. Drinking water given in room was provided in the used mineral water bottle.

please read my review before booking in De Havlock queen. the rooms are small and no balcony and the service is terrible. the location is poor. if u want to go to radhanag beach thn ita approx 5km and kala pathhar beach is 8km. food is not good and tgw servicw is pathwtic. There is tv and its not working. Hot water is from 5am to 9am and then 5pm to 8pm. The intercom was not working. Short staffed and the pictures of the rooms in is so deceiving. the rooms are very small. ww paid for 2 nights and didnt satisfied at all. we came on 30th dec and for 31st night tgey didnt arranged any kind of entertaintment for the guests. The rating in false as well in mmt foe this hotel. i would have given less than 0 rating if there is an option for that.
