They were useless they didn’t allow visitor for 5 mins also

the stay is very comfortable and has everything. it was a very good stay. the rooms are very clean and well maintained. worth my stay.

They don't allot us the booked room .they provide extra room with extra charges.

Interior of hotel is very clean and excellent look , location was easily reachable from new delhi railway station by walking , three thing i need lack is 1. Any place where I need to hang my dress 2. Lack of ventilation it was very much pathetic without any window and ventilator and 3. When it was power cut we are swetting to much for about one hour I don5 think they have any alternate option . Rest every thing is good staff are very polite and helpful.

Location is not good for family but good rooms ,in service they have switch offed AC at night.

Place is not a homestay but a hotel, located in very narrow lane and unhygienic surrounding. Rest of the hotel staff and services were ok. It's not a homestay but a hotel room, location is in the very narrow lane near unhygienic surrounding. The overall staff and services were good. No i don't have any image

We had a trouble finding this hotel so much cause it’s called Hotel Sapphire in real and no one knew about Shree guru. It was located in a terrible area where we couldn’t even walk comfortably on the street. There was a large dump near the hotel that smelled awful, and the dustbin was filled with used condoms and trash. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly.

i stay in shree guru (Sapphire) hotal 3days in this hotal maneger shree Uma shankar and Mr. Anush very good hospitality and helping for every thing. I am very happy with staying in this hotal, and i want to say everyone to satay in this hotal for very cheap rate and very good hospitality. best of luck 🤞🤞

Hotel name was changed. Location is different. Staff behaviour is not good, bird beat in bathroom, no cleaning in room
