Very small room and no privacy

Good location, affordable stay.

Not as shown in photo.it is situated in congested area and no ventilation in room and very limited breakfast of only one item.poor room service

The room was ok , but the area was bad and the images shown are deceiving. Not a safe ambience for female staying alone.

The main picture in the MMT advertisement is probably of a different building. This establishment is an old building in Munirka (not a spick&span new place). The locality is mostly residential and beside the flyover and metro station. It is decently commercialized so you may find groceries and restaurants. The hotel itself doesn't have food for ordering, or a aquaguard/water filter. The room was fine, floor needs cleaning. everything else was OK. The attendants help you with directions, and the breakfast they made was good to eat (no other food to order though)

Room given was dirty and AC not working . Then they changed the room and gave the upgraded one . In that there was no water supply . They gave 2 bucket of water for washing and bathing . Pathetic experience never ever visit this hotel .

Location is good, average cleaning and entrance, TV channels not working, average bearkfast only paratha and bread

room can be better with ventilation and mentanc but all and all experience was good place is vary safe and right at the market evrything is acceable and. near can travel allowance around delhi from here . lots of food options near by .

The location is not that good, it looks shady and parking is chargeable as well. The room was good with amenities but i ordered twice from zomato, one time the delivery guy came up to my room but another time hotel owner denied him entry and when i asked him to send my food up, he said that guys have gone out, you have to come down. I didn't like that at all.

The hotel staffs were polite and gentle, restaurant at the top which provides a good view, room and toilet were clean, have lift, good water supply and is ok for 1-2 days budget travels. Plus located at a market area to buy essentials.

The stay was satisfactory only! the hotel is located inside a market which is very narrow and crowded. No car parking facility available. We stayed at room no: 201 for a day and had facilities such as tv, ac, water heater etc. But the room was looking old and was not up to the price. A bread omelette/bread toast for the complimentary breakfast along with tea. A water bottle should have been provided as complimentary.

We checked in around 8:00 pm and found there was no water in the washroom all night. Despite calling the reception multiple times, the issue was not resolved. The next day, when we complained, the owner was rude and insisted we pay the full amount. He told us to direct any complaints to makemytrip, which is unacceptable. They should not shift their responsibility to a booking app. We had even checked the room at 5:00 pm on the day of check-in, and they failed to inform us about the water issue then. They did not provide basic amenities like water in the washroom, yet shamelessly demanded payment for an extra person and behaved rudely. I urge makemytrip not to recommend such hotels to anyone, as we trust you to find the best accommodations for us.

Very sad to share feedback on our stay in shanti residency Rooms shown and actuals much differs. Room is not clean Door is pathetic No lift upto room To is not working AC is bad condition and no remote No bed sheet provided. When asked bright from other room in used condition Fans are old and noisy Not mentioned It is in slum area main entrance is poor it is like old house Doors are in bad condition not expected We shocked seeing hotel and not worth Oyo rooms are much better than shanti residency Very bad experience and not expected By the name we booked hotel but very bad experience in delhi our capital city

It was a convenient place for me. Well connected. I was visiting jnu. Breakfast and dinner was delicious.

I stayed for 4 days in the deluxe room. Spacious and clean room. Staff are organised. You can order from swiggy/zomato. The terrace/barsati area is beautiful.

Amazing stay hotel staff, rooms n wash room r all impressive.

The purpose of travel was training and so this is ok. Rooms were clean but felt costly for the ameneties available. Since i used to come back to hotel to spend around 6 to 7 hrs for sleep and morning chores it was comfortable.

Hygienic, good caretaker, staff, maintenance is so good, obedient, thanks for complimentary breakfast bcz it is very delicious.

All in all, a great experience! the room was small but perfect for a solo traveler. Most importantly, cleanliness was maintained and i hope the management continues to maintain it. Three choices for breakfast which is served at the dining space near the reception (all good. Location is great as well (as in good connectivity, just about a 2 minute walk from munirka metro station. There's a geyser in every room, so no problems for hot water. Wifi works well with routers on each floor.
