Absolutely not worth the price. We stayed there for our exam, and the stay was very uncomfortable. The rooms are terribly small and congested, the centralized AC does not work efficiently. The washrooms were smelly and there’s a lack of ventilation. The only good thing was the courteous staff, and the restaurant had decent food. But it’s not worth the price. Only adequate for a short-term, emergency-basis stay.

Feedback for Hotel Sarovar Portico, Naraina, Delhi Stay .. 18-19 SEP 2025 1. Food quality is not good. Pineapple were not tasty enough. Inner skin of pappaya was there. Vegetables were tasteless. 2. Safety issues... I don't know how but the combination number of my suitcase was changed and I had to break it open. 3. Poori hospitality... No one was there to take your luggage. Security guard is just sitting watching you struggling with your luggage. Reception clerk also watching you struggling in opening the hotel door with luggage in hand. 4. Cutlery was missing from breakfast table. 5. In all Very laid off approach.

Great experience in the property. Food was very tasty. Also very clean and staff is also very gentle and kind. We also got complimentary room upgrade.

Room is not clean, service is not good. room is wet due to moisture and bad smell. staffs are unprofessional

No AC was working. I called reception almost 100 times. Then they changed my room after 1 hour and same AC was also not working in other room also. So i have to leave the hotel at night only

booked Delux room. Linens as well as bathroom were stinking. Even after complain, it was not fixed. Complimentary breakfast was not worth

Services and staff was pathetic… they asked me to pay extra 1500 ₹ for bedsheet charge i agree some small stain marks were made by me but still 1500₹ and taxes i paid for small stain mark staff was too much rude and this was only over priced i suggest everyone to never visit this hotel …and room condition was also not good ac was not working properly … last time also i faced same issues

The stay was average. No proper cleaning of the rooms, charging 5k a night and not havinh a kettle? Literally called the front desk regarding and yet they couldn’t get it for 6 hours. Whenever you ask for glasses of water they only have one thing they don’t have it! Why the heck you have opened a hotel? Same issue with towels they never had the towel or we have it delayed. Not worth the price. In 1/4 of the price the oyos are better.

Dine in last night, poor service . Super deluxe room like a chember. Sarover portico management should b take care of this property and visit here for save their legacy
