Our stay at Samudra was very average. Firstly, the staff gave us a rude response when we requested for an extra pillow. Irrespective of the number of occupants in the room, 4 is the maximum number he said. However, the hotel manager upon request gave us an extra later. Secondly, the extra bed provided by the hotel gave us a back pain, this needs to be looked into by the hotel. Thirdly, and most importantly, there was no exhaust in the bathroom. This is a major red flag! Please check with the hotel when you book for an exhaust in the bathroom. Otherwise, the stay was OK.
