Review: Our stay was disappointing due to the lack of basic amenities and poor service. Issues faced: 1. No complimentary items such as soap, towels, or even a single water bottle were provided. 2. When we called to request soap, there was no response from the staff. 3. Upon asking for a water bottle, we were told it was out of stock and were asked to pay extra so they could purchase one. Later, we noticed that other guests had to fill their own water from the kitchen. 4. During check-in, the staff simply handed over the room key without showing us the room or providing any assistance. 5. The TV remote was missing, and even after multiple calls, the issue was never resolved. 6. Additionally, there is a wine shop attached to the hotel premises, which makes it less suitable for families. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory, and the management needs to improve both hospitality and basic guest services.

Location of the hotel is good for people coming to enjoy Dasara. But service is pethetic, response from the front disk is really bad. No drinking bottle given. Asked to take filter water with jug. Also no bath towels kept while check, no soaps found and also no complimentary benefits paying this much of money is worthless. customer for two night is manageable price for this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was terrible. I chose it mainly to watch the Dasara procession and booked a Deluxe Double Room for myself, my wife, and my daughter. However, they gave me a triple-bed room without request. I assumed it was due to a shortage of double rooms, but at 11:30 p.m., staff knocked on my door and insisted that I shift to a non-AC double room. I explained that I had booked a Deluxe AC room, and the booking site clearly showed AC included. After much argument, they finally gave me an AC room, making it seem like a favor. The first room allotted had a non-functional AC, so I left the key at the reception for checking. Later, when I asked for the key, the staff rudely argued that I had never returned it, and even confused the room allocation by wrongly insisting that I had asked for that specific room (S2). The facilities were extremely poor: No intercom in the room, so every request required going down to the reception. Drinking water was only available after repeated requests, and even that was chargeable. No basic amenities such as bath towels, soap, or toiletries. Unclean bathroom. When I requested to meet the manager, a rude staff member he was the manager himself. Even late at night (11:45 p.m.), staff unnecessarily kept knocking on my door, disturbing my family. Overall, the service, behavior, and cleanliness were highly disappointing. This hotel is in a pathetic condition and I would not recommend it to anyone

Rajalaxmi hotel is good to stay they have 32 rooms and for online booking they offer 12:00pm to 12:00am check out system only plan your arrival as per booking time Overall it is good to stay rooms are clean and neatly maintained

The staff were excellent and provided really good service. However, the listing on MMT mentioned the property as wheelchair accessible, which is misleading — the hotel actually has 6–8 stairs before you can reach the elevator. As a wheelchair user, I booked the hotel based on the accessibility information provided, so this was a significant inconvenience. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the wonderful staff who went above and beyond, helping me get into the hotel by physically lifting me (and my wheelchair) up the stairs.

It was a good place and a good ambience but at the time of reaching property they offered a different room with one king bed and two single separate beds for 4 accommodation instead of 2 king size beds - reason given due to the plumbing issue they gave that room. I don't know the truth but it is what it is. Considering we had to adjust

Booked quadruple room... very small room with one queen and two single beds barely enough space to walk in between. Nothing matches with room description and photo mentioned in MMT. No mini fridge, not even towel and soap. I checked out within hours.

Got some irritating experience like AC not working properly. knocking the door in the morning by tea seller. no water bottle or glass kept in the room.

There is nothing to expect from the hotel; they are only offering rooms; you will not receive any amenities. They did not even give us a towel, water, or room cleaning. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever seen, and to be honest, it was the worst experience. Please do not purchase the room. If i want to Rate the hotel (-starts) .
