THE ATRIUM BOUTIQUE HOTEL

I booked a Superior Tripple Room through website took family to spend some good time to Attrium hotel. When we checked in we thought going by the positive reviews there is no need to verify if each and every thing is working or not and trusted them that they would take care by giving us a well functional room . No phone , No clean towels , room PICs shown are deceptive , cabinets doors comming off when try to open . TV not working , When complained the room service boy brought a TV remote from another room. When complained they make excuses. Reception staff do acting as if they are a hearing you while they know everything what is not working in that room . I thought may be its 1 room that has so many problem but while checking out I noticed many other customers had same complaints. It spoiled the entire holiday .

Property is at right place, near the ring road. Good food and service was excellent. Value for money

this hotel is so amazing with hassles free access to the Bangalore to Mysore express Highway NH275 and pretty clam and quite place best for relaxing and playing for kids

The staff is very good but the property is old and far away from the city food is also good, but somehow missing the legacy

The food was very good we ordered their paneer pepper dry it tasted very good and rooms were also great

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely boutique hotel - Atrium in Mysore. The ever smiling staff took good care of our stay and more than anything they are very hospitable and take extra efforts to make your stay comfortable. Right from the check-in to check out it was a great experience. The food at their Swad restaurant is very tasty especially the breakfast spread we enjoyed it a lot. Kudos to the management for ensuring I had a memorable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mysore.

This was average Gym is shut down for many years inspite of mentioning online that gym is available Pool is not well maintained and so around area of pool Brake fast is average At this price we have many option in mysore and they provide better than this

Used linen was folded and kept in the bathroom. I had to call them and get fresh towels and hand towel.

our stay in the atrium boutique hotel was overall okay. in the beginning the room they allot us was unclean so we requested for room change. they changed our room then the utensils were uncleaned. after that, the room service and housekeeping staff's response was not good. i complained about everything to the reception after waiting for 3 days, then they worked quickly and we got services on time. i usually stay in good hotels like country inn, radisson, its mughal, ramada so maybe i was expecting good service. anyways please pass my review so atleast they will follow the cleaning and other services properly as that's what make a hotel a perfect hotel for stay. thank you team makemytrip.

I am writing to share my experience during my stay at your hotel on the 10th of October. I had informed the hotel staff that I would be arriving an hour late and requested that the room be cleaned, as we were tired from our journey. Despite this, we had to wait in the reception for almost two hours before being given access to the room. Additionally, when I inquired about the swimming pool, I was informed that it was not operational. I raised the concern that photos of the swimming pool were still displayed on your website, to which the staff responded that it was under construction, though this was not communicated beforehand. The room we were given initially had broken tiles, a broken mirror, and a non-functioning air conditioner. We were later moved to another room, where most things were in order, except for the shower, which was not working properly. We had to call a plumber from the hotel to fix it. The most disappointing aspect of our stay occurred the next day when we inquired about food availability at around 10:55 pm. We were told that food service was not available, yet other guests who could communicate in the local language were served. This experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I strongly recommend that future guests consider alternative accommodations. Kindly look into these issues, as I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service at your hotel.

Poor sanitary in washroom, no hand wash in washroom, no exhaust fan no proper hot water, and pressure on handgun shower is very pathetic. Not satisfied except room ambiance.

Not maintained, torn bedsheets, not clean, fully dusty, no professionalism, not at all worth the pay

Rooms are clean and well maintained, with all facilities like ac, wifi, etc. Room service is quick. Staff are friendly. Food was also good. Overall it’s pretty good for a 3 star hotel!

Neat clean and simply the best in my stay of around 60

Hotel was good staff was very friendly and approachable food was decent only draw back was we didn’t get hot water in morning and that was really annoying.

The facility is very good for the price. The pool needs some attention, but it’s good to have one. Clean linen and bathrooms. Wifi can be improved substantially. Staff is courteous and helpful. Overall worth the price.

The hotel is good and away from all the hustle and bustle, offers and good view from window, could here lot of peacocks and spotted a few from the window.
