Very happy with the stay. Right on the candolim beach road with the beaches, the aguada fort nearby. This place was a bliss

The staff was pretty supportive, helped in whatever way possible. Enjoyed the breakfast. Overall our experience was quite good.

Your property location is stunning, offering a very nice view. The aesthetic look of your property is decent, complemented by antique furniture. The room service is excellent, and your staff is calm, cool, and cooperative. Personal Preference I will always prefer to stay at your hotel.

My kid Vomit on bed sheet so they charged for bed sheet there is many option to wash bedsheet but they denied and force me to pay for bed sheet

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location couldn’t be better — just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, where I enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and morning strolls by the water. It’s close enough to all the beachside cafés, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. My room was bright, airy, and comfortable, with a lovely view and all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile or great local tips on where to eat and explore. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and I appreciated the little touches — from welcome drinks to thoughtful housekeeping. Everything about this stay made me feel right at home, but with the luxury of being on vacation. If you’re looking for a cozy, convenient place within walking distance to the beach, this hotel is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to come back! 🌊🌴

Poor Food Lift not working

location is good on the main road and few mins walk to beach . Wifi connectivity was an issue that needs to be looked into.

My overall experience at this hotel was decent, but there were a few disappointments. I had pre-booked hi-tea and a late check-out, but unfortunately, the hi-tea was not provided due to kitchen maintenance. For the late check-out, even after paying extra for 3 hours, I was only given 1 additional hour, which was frustrating.The stay itself was comfortable and the staff were polite, but I would have appreciated better communication and fulfillment of the services I had booked in advance.

Hotel management was unclear on complimentary stuff. Room phone was not working, had to self carry luggage by stairs and AC condenser was leaking. Hotel refused to provide cutlery

We stayed here for a week. The experience was a pleasant one. Rooms and property were maintained very well and neat. It was overall a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and quick at attending the guests everytime. Thank you. Also, the property being on the main road was very helpful to travel to different places easily.
