Property is very near to baga beach servant is there name aanad is very helpful his service is very quick

It was a good stay. Spacious balcony with neat and clean rooms and common area. But we requested for 1 hour late check-out to the service boy, without checking the availability he said no. Although it was mentioned complimentary late checkout is available

Clean rooms and good house. Also well co-operated. Friendly and accommodating staff: "the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay"

The bedsheets were marked with blood very dirty pillow lot of insects and ants on bed were walking. Do not recommend at all to stay here. Another thing is that you won't get fresh towels if you ask for the next day. They will tell you to use the previous day towel. Even the water purifier was also having fungus inside

Reception system not available 24 hrs, night time if you have any problem no body will be available, not a gated hotel

This place is inside the street but they provide vehicles and provide car service also. Nice place to stay with budget.

Room was very spacious. Very hygienic and comfortable stay. Very close to tito's lane and baga beach. You can have issue with car parking bcs roads were really narrow so we chose pay parking

The rooms are very clean and look fresh. The bathroom is very hygienic and clean and they maintain it very properly. The way they respond is very good and they are always available to help.

Property is very neat and clean. I liked the rooms. Amenities are also good. Food i didn't order anything so i don't know about that. Property location is also very good as it is walkable distance to baga beach. The only drawback is the lane in which the property is located. You will see so many dogs in the street. Two dogs chased me when i was driving in the night. And also the receptionist who don't know anything on the arriving customer who will simply deny your check-in even if you have the booking. He is a big idiot in the hotel and will wake you up early in the morning to checkout even if it is not the day of your checkout. I faced these issues with him. But the owner is very good and nice. I would strongly recommend this hotel for stay.

The place was good. But the facilities were low as compared and the main problem is seems the room needs pest cleaning, since at night we always had body itching due to some bugs. No thanks

It was good experience and room exactly as photos, clean and calm quiet place for stay, my stay for 5 days and food is not in my tarrif but owner behaviour is so nice which is very good thing to stay for long time.

It's a nice property to stay all category people & specially for family & couple, the owner mem nature is very good. All services are provided by owner regularly. Service boy nature is very good. All people who visit goa they're come hear for good stay in low budget.

Stay was really good. The owner and care taker were helpful. Got scooter for rent from them. The place is pretty close to baga.

It was amazing property for goa

The owner lady of pradeep guest was was very good. She gave us information's about the various places to visit in goa and also provided a scooty for our convenience. The room, where we stayed was also very good with various facility. I would like to stay in the same hotel if i get a chance to go there once again. I haven't taken any image.

Overall it was good. Not so good location. But very good hotel. Near to beach and everything. Scooty also u will get there itself within 50 meters
