Food taste wasvery nice
Hotel location is very nice and food also was very good. But bathroom / washroom was not in good condition. There's one tap is not working properly we have made complaint about this. They have send the plumber and he checked and he was ready to replace with new tap but he was not came to replace it till the check out.

Unhygienic stay at gt boutique hotel go
Unfortunately, my experience was far below acceptable standards due to severe hygiene issues: 1. The room was in a deplorable condition, with the bed sheet and mattress emitting a foul odor. 2. The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, i would appreciate a refund or compensation for this unpleasant experience. Looking forward to your prompt response.

Pathetic rooms and ambiance. Not worth the money
Rooms were very bad. Not worth the money at all. Bathroom was not clean, no room service, staff do not cooperate.

Crazy stay
My stay at ginger tree resort was one of the best stays i have ever had in goa so if you are planning for goa then plan it in ginger tree

Superb stay
I had an amazing experience staying at ginger tree boutique resort with superb food in affordable price i would suggest you to have food in the hotel as the taste and rates are very good

Poor Stay
It's an old property needs maintenance & renovation urgently. If would have seen the property prior to booking certainly wouldn't have stayed at the property. Not at all worth the money.

Average Stay
soloLocation is far. Food is just average. Services are slow. Property is congested. Getting a vehicle is difficult becoz of monopoly of a small company. Charges are high of hiring vehicles

In terms of location we would like to update apart from ozran beach[5 min drive,anjuna beach[8min] and vagator beach[6 min,we are nearest to all clubs buzzing with happening night life parties like purple martini.romeo lane,curlies and many more. In regards of food we will definitely work upon that.We regret the delay in service that day due to full occupancy and multiple events running in property.Inconvenience is highly regretted.Vehicle rate are same and decided by panchayat union everywhere. Amazing stay at a 3 star resort
The property is best for business travels, as i got cooperation in terms of internet, security and searvice. The overall staff behavior was also very good specially the owner mr nishant sir was very diligent towards his work.

Book only villa or pool facing delux room at ground floor
familyWe booked for delux room with sit out are/balcony, but hotel people showed us first floor having no balcoy and troublesome smell. So we had to upgrade it to 2 bhk villa, which was a nice one. Book only pool facing delux room at ground floor or villa, nothing else. Breakfast was okay type, food was good. Great location. Overall -1 star for room 4 star for villa.

ambience problem
Dirty bedsheet …no slippers even on charge basis in delectable room gives only 2 dental kit in triple occupancy .quality of real fast is poor with no puri or Paratha bath kit is insufficient for triple occupancy

Dear Mr Sanjay, Sorry to hear that your experience at our our place was not a good one. Bedsheet can be replaced if informed at the reception.Slippers are not provided in the property. Rooms are provided with dental kit for 2 people.Any extras can be requested from the reception. Breakfast buffet menu changes everyday with some days puri,some days paratha or chole bhature,idli,etc,etc.
Average Stay
Property location is good and nearest to beaches. We have booked a standard room that was very pathetic and dusty all over. Then we requested hotel manager to change our room then he said you can upgrade to delux room. So we did the same with extra money paid. Deluxe room was good. One advice never go for standard room here. Breakfast was good.

Good stay
Stay is good, but food just average, very close from the all happening places like sunburn and other new year events

Terrible Stay
familyIt’s horrible experience staying in Ginger resort . Staring of the day they will give rotten egg omelettes, food in horrible. And staffs are hopeless .. after 10:30 you will not get any service .. bed is stinky.. they will never change the bed sheet….. pool is full of broken chips and glasses…. Not recommend for family and couples.

Omelettes are always feshly prepared,if you are not happy with the food you can always ask for replacement of the same.breakfast buffet is from 8am to 10.30 am.After 10.30 buffet is closed and food will be chargeable and no complimentary service will be there.Room cleaning is done daily between 1pm to 5pm,you can depsoit the keys at reception for same.The property boasts 2 full size swimming pool.We understand 1 pool is under maintainence but you can always use the second one. Inconvenience is highly regretted. Best regards.
Poor Stay
When we booked, only standard room was available. Room was in a last lane corner. Nobody came for cleaning. Plates and bowls we used on day one, were lying outside our room for 2 days (untill we checked out. No water bottles were given next day. We had to remind them and collect from reception. It seemed like they were not bothered at all. If you ask only then they will act/fulfill. Not satisfied.

Standard rooms are in the last lane of the property.Cleaning is done daily in afternoon between 1pm to 5pm.If you are going out you can also deposit the keys at reception for cleaning.We cannot enter guest rooms with master key without prior consent.Also there are some guests who like not to be disturbed.Also water bottles are replienished everyday during cleaning.As we had a group booking during those days and the property was fully booked with lot of events going on in property we regret inconvenience caused due to non clearance of plates.Anyhow an intimation by an intercom call from room to recetion would have immediately solved the issue. anyways sorry for inconvenience.Best regards from goa,on behalf of Ginger Tree Team.

Very remote places so very defuclty to site seen so cabs very expense and morning complimenyt breakfast is very poor. No bathroom aminites provided.

All famous shacks,clubs and party places are on the beaches. If you are looking for property in vicinity to temples and churches then would suggest for south Goa. Regarding morning complimentary breakfast thank you for notifying us. We assure you that will be taken care of. Bathrooms are installed with Dispensers. Dental kits are also available at reception. All that glitters is not gold
No place for parking, very unclean. Poor management. We booked 2 rooms and they give us rooms on different floors. We checked out within 2 hours and moved to another place. Total waste of money.
