Property and food was average, staff was really good and helping everytime.location was amazing everything is easy accessible to the visitors.

Property location is very nice it is nearby all the main clubs nd beaches. Breakfast provides was also really nice. The only problem is the room provided..the room has some dammed smell, cockroaches and no issues provides also the towels and blanket provided were not nice. So the stay was average

Nyc stay ...price worth hotel staff is also nyc... brekafast was also on time. And all the beaches are nearest to the hotel . Overall experience was excellent.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked their suite room, which was outdated and in poor condition. The toilets were not properly cleaned, and the jacuzzi was not functioning as expected. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable — truly one of the worst I’ve encountered. I strongly advise anyone against booking and for that price, you can definitely find much better accommodations in Goa. Please avoid this place at all costs.

we opted for a suite room with a jacuzzi, however the jacuzzi takes minimum two hours to fill, water flow is too slow. Door locks in the room are of poor quality, when we want out we normally locked the door with keys, when we came back and tried opening it key was not getting into key hole...we asked staff for help and sat on stairs...without troubling them as we understand such issues might happen...however staff was too rude...they started blaming us that we broke the lock...they said now we can not go out of room as they will not be able to again and again open room for us. When we asked for tissue paper they said we don't provide. Breakfast is complimentary and very poor quality, nothing was worth eating even bread was not fresh. They don't have any kitchen so you won't even get tea.

The property is well-connected, and that is the only positive point. The rooms are below average and not worth the price. The furniture was shabby and of very low quality. The staff was courteous, but other things were quite disappointing. The bed was so bad that i barely slept on it. If they want people to pay for that room, they should upgrade the amenities.

Rooms are not clean and tidy as they used to be and services are also degraded- no proper breakfast menu and also no taste.

Great stay as always. Been two years i have been staying here without any trouble. The loc of the hotel is also great with almost everything required for a minimal demanding person.
